A 100m walk to the central bus station, and near to restaurants and shops. The Riverside walk is a short walk away. Friendly reception and you can get a 10% discount from the booking.com website price by reserving directly. Room was very clean and modernish with comfortable bed, good quality linens and towels, a powerful shower, room safe, minibar and mini fridge. Plenty of space to hang clothes. Wifi signal good. Pool area was clean, with good toilet and changing facilities, good quality sunbeds and towels provided. Breakfast was very good, with hot and cold options. Restaurant was excellent quality and reasonably priced. Overall excellent quality and value for money.

Found this place by accident and was very pleasantly surprised. They let me check in early in order to leave my suitcase in the room while I went to Posadas. The reception staff, in particular the young lady who wears glasses and tries to use her English, was extremely pleasant and helpful. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. Hotel is very clean and my room had a super view of Encarnacion Bay and the bridge to Posadas. Breakfast buffet was FABULOUS and they offered to cook up something for me. Breakfast staff were very polite and obliging. The only if at all down side was that at peak times the wifi was sometimes quite slow. Excellent price and I will DEFINITELY stay there again on my next trip to Encarnacion as well as recommend. Muchas gracias. 😀

We booked this hotel due to the proximity to the school where the country's Math Olympiad was taking place and it was a pleasant surprise. If I have to define in one word it was "efficient". Everything worked, all the staff was attentive and well informed, the rooms are four star, the view is great and the restaurant is outstanding. We would stay there again.

It is in a good place. Near the center of the city and the Brazilian consulate. Has a very good restaurant and a snack shop easily accessible from the inside. There is a pool, but it was cold and we haven´t used. The hotel has a beautiful view for the river and the Argentinian town in the other side. Room was good. Breakfast not so good if compared to hotels in Brazil. Staff was very helpful and attentive.

The hotel is clean, tidy and modern. Room views from the river side are great, of the Parana river. Service was kind and efficient. Breakfast was great, in variety and quantity, and the staff very attentive. Only minuses were that the bathroom was a bit cramped, and wifi was sketchy. It seemed like 1/2 the routers weren't on or didn't work. Overall a positive experience.
