Usually we stay in a different hotel in Encarnacion but unfortunatelly this was fully booked. It is true, our room was a little bit small but how much time do you spend in your room? It was very clean. The staff was really nice and very service oriented. But what really convinced me was the kitchen. They have all kinds of meat, fish, pasta, poultry, vegetarian food and even duck a l'Orange. We tried almost everything and it was to die for. The waiters a stylish and one was especially funny and entertaining. We had a really good time and for sure we will stay there again.

In Encarnación we just decided to rest in an European hotel chain after a long journey. The restaurant not good and during the night always with music arriving to the room. We thought that it was from outside but was the music at the lobby because we stayed at first floor with almost no view The price has been European. We wake up tired

The hotel is nice, clean and provides good service. The bed is comfortable and the water pressure is good (not excellent). Breakfast is simple but it is good (better than what is usually found in Argentina and Paraguay). The pool area is nice and, even though we did not enjoyed it, I can imagine how it can be useful during the hot summers in Encarnación. Restaurant has decent food, but it is not great.

I stayed for one week at this hotel, which was mainly selected due to its proximity to the offices I had to work (walking distance). Overall at a first glance the hotel looks nice and clean. The room I got was very comfortable and had all basic amenities. Free wifi was available all over the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The only downside that I can mention is that the hotel is located relatively quite far from restaurants and supermarkets. The food served in the restaurant was really good but expensive.

I loved staying at this hotel. The room was very large and boasted a huge balcony overlooking the River. In the summertime, this balcony would be a wonderful treat. Great furnishings with a modern, chic touch. The bed was top quality. The hallways at night are a bit eerie due to the movement sensor lighting being used. When one walks out of ones room at night, it is very dark until the sensor feels the movement, causing the lights to suddenly turn on. A bit startling and odd. This could use improvement. Great lobby area. The breakfast buffett, included in the price of my room, was decent enough. Not enough choices in my opinion. Very stark and South American, in that sense. Overall, a pleasant stay.
