When we last visited for our sub marathon challenge, we stayed there, and the cleanliness of the room was good, but unfortunately, the linen was out of date. The breakfast is average, and that's what I like about this hotel. The guard always dealt with us courteously, and I saw cuts everywhere.

I was here for a long time and this place is my favorite place to stay in cell. Since I last visited, a lot has changed. There are now many bookshops in the park. The staff is nice and helpful. The room is clean. I had no issues with my stay. I will be back.

My family and I had an excellent experience while staying here for three nights. The setting was fantastic, with it's park full of restaurants and food stores as well as Ayla Mall and So Mall. The staff was courteous and willing to answer our questions. The security officer was also very accommodating in bringing us a taxi. Overall, it was a really pleasant visit. If we visit Cell again, we will be back here.

This is a fantastic place to reserve your hotel while in the metro. On a limited budget for 15 days, I was traveling to cell again. My goal was to locate a spot 1 close to it park and 2 within walking distance of restaurants, convenience stores, etc. When searching Google and Google Maps, I discovered Andi Pension. To set expectations, this is a pension house, so expecting the services of a hotel is unrealistic. However, I can say I was satisfied with the services they provided. Positives 1. The andi team was friendly, polite, and helpful. The entrance door was always opened, and I was assisted with my baggage during my arrival and departure time. 2. The room air conditioning was great, and the room area was packed to the max. Around php 600 per night, that was enough. 3. I was able to reserve the last standard room, but all other rooms were already booked, so I had no hot or cold shower. 4. The basic channels could be found more than adequate. 5. Yes, there is room service. If I was too exhausted to go down, I would simply ask for food to be ordered in. 5. The floor was inconsistent. Most of the time, I had to call the receptionist almost every day to request a refreshment. Even a refreshment wouldn't fix it. 4. The trash can was a little small, and only one was in the bathroom. The place is clean. The guard is very friendly but we asked for someone to clean our room around 11am on the 2nd day, we went to the mall and arrive by 6pm but no house service came we asked the frontdesk but cutoff for the service is at 6pm :(

This a pleasant and good value pension house. Security is good and the rooms are clean and well furnished with comfortable beds, flat screen cable TV and air con. Staff are friendly and helpful and the Gplace is very well organised. Good value simple Filipino food is also available. Wi-fi is patchy and unreliable though.

滞在中、快適に過ごすことが出来たので結局延長して約一週間滞在しました。とにかくスタッフの方々の親切さが1番印象的で、私が体調を崩した際には、皆さんで心配して気を遣って頂きました。バスルームは小さめですが、建物も新しいので快適です。雨が降ると目の前の道路が泥と水溜りで歩きにくくなること以外は、非常に快適に過ごせます。

This property is mostly good with a few things I wish were different. Good: Very clean, nice staff, close to IT Park, relatively quiet, and efficient room. Could be better: The wifi was horrible 90% of the time. If you have online work to do, you will not have a strong enough connection to do it here. Although very close to IT Park, the walk there is a bit chaotic as you will be walking in the street with jeepneys, cars, and buses rushing past you. But, it is only a very short walk.

Wi-Fiの接続状態がいいのは一階のロビーだけでした。部屋ではWi-Fi環境が悪く使えなく廊下まで出るかロビーのソファーで使うWi-Fi環境でした。夜中に勤務中の警備員がトイレを使わずホテル横の側溝で用を足すのを見てびっくりしました。

I only stayed for one night at Anri Pension House, and I am glad because my stay was not very pleasant. The second I walked into my room, I saw a huge cockroach in the bathroom. The room did not look as clean or modern as it does in the pictures, and the furniture was very cheap with a tiny bed and uncomfortable mattress. The hotel is down a very dodgy looking alleyway, with a group of men who sit outside all night/early morning shouting and staring at you. I felt very uncomfortable in the area and so didn't leave my room once I had arrived. The only positive about this place was the staff who were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The guard went to fetch a taxi from the main road for me in the morning so I didn't have to walk down the street on my own. I have a feeling they are aware that the area the hotel is situated in is not ideal. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone and certainly will never stay there again.
