The staff here is super nice. This hotel is located in the Chinatown neighborhood of Manilla and is an area with some folks who are struggling financially. So if you stay here you will be contributing to a neighborhood that needs the support of good people. It is not dangerous at all. I actually want to see this side of a city and see what folks are really dealing with. I saw aspects of Manila here that I would not have seen had I stayed elsewhere. From this hotel you can walk to the fine museums Manila has - the art museum is really spectacular. You can also walk to the huge park and see the old Spanish fortifications. The room I had was large, and it had a nice bed and air conditioning. I actually caught a little cold or something and spent a couple days in bed and I enjoyed it - lying in the dark, recouperating with the AC on etc. :P If you are on a budget, this room will be fine for you. Good staff, clean, safe room, air conditioning, TV...walking distance to cool stuff.

It’s a no frills, bargain basement hotel, you pay for what you get , but the beds nice and the aircon cold , and the shower is ok also , staff are terrific, close to everything, spend your hotel savings on take away

This is my second choice in the area thanks to the excellent customer service, and I stayed there two times. Both times, everything was perfect. Upon arrival, I was very satisfied with my experience. The hotel is located in Chinatown, so it was close to numerous restaurants. The wifi is quite slow because they only allow for one device per stay. The room's cleanliness was good, as is the air conditioner.

I recommend this hotel if you only need a cheap price for two nights, but this hotel has excellent quality, but it's quite modest because the equipment has been worn out over the years. The staff is very helpful.

I stayed there twice, and both times, it was fantastic. easy checking. The WiFi signal is a little weird because they only allow you to use one device per stay. Speed is adequate. The rooms are large and clean, and the air conditioning in the room is excellent. The hotel is in Chinatown, so it was close to many excellent restaurants. If you want to shop, just walk to the divisor. Because of the excellent customer service, this will be my go-to destination in the future.

This hotel is close to food attractions. The location is in the center of the city. Although this hotel is somewhat old, everything is still functional. The wifi connection is very fast. This hotel has authentic Chinese restaurants, therefore the price is acceptable for a one-night stay. Thank you. I really appreciate this hotel.

This was our second stay, stayed there about a month ago for two days. This is a budget hotel, for the money you pay it is fine, hot water in the shower, air con works, it is safe and quite for downtown China town Manila. The hotel is old of course, so some things are dated and worn. But it is clean, cheap, friendly staff, your deposit gets returned, for the money you cannot go wrong staying here. Decent mattresses, towels, clean sheets, so over look a missing toilet seat, you are saving money! Not going to get first class accommodations for the $30.00 a night for three guests! Will stay again if in the area, can't give a higher praise than that.
