Really great experience my first time stay in Manila. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly a d helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the convienience store in the hotel.

The lobby and other public spaces were very nice. The breakfast was delicious and a great dining experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful. A seven eleven convienience store attached to the property was a plus. The hotel is located a short walking distance from a shopping area.

Recommended. Excellent hotel for lodging, with a shopping mall directly next to it and other shopping malls within walking distance. Very handy location. The hotel itself is large, clean, and good.

All the staff were very accommodating and quick to everything we asked for. The 1 bedroom suite we booked was very spacious and we love the bathroom/shower/tub. Felt like home! Esp the living room! I fell asleep on the couch 1st night and it was so comfy! The area was very convenient. The SM mall was directly across from the hotel. Only 7-10 min walk to highstreet area and maybe 15 min walk to forbestown road. The bar cocktails are yummy! High ceiling. Buffet was good. The only odd thing which isnt a big deal, is that every time you leave ur room, you have to tell the concierge to have your room cleaned. They dont just automatically come. On check out day, they held our luggages until we were ready to leave. So we explored and went back to pick up our luggages at no charge. Loves it!! And they helped us call the cab! So good! I cant stop saying this but ...Amazing staff!!!

The hotels facilities and general health are excellent. Tourists can easily purchase goods from a nearby shopping mall. The hotels breakfast food is adequate but not too varied. The room will have two bottles of water and two cans of coke, as well as sufficient hot water for taking a shower. However, the room has two doors that might have initially connected the two rooms. Additionally, when the room is opened, he will unconsciously pull it back, which will initially scare him. When the door is closed, he must then forcefully pull it back, which is challenging to use.

Ruangan itu sangat bersih dan luas. Semua staf mulai dari bell boy hingga meja depan, pelayan, staf rumah tangga sangat perhatian dan sopan. Sarapannya enak.
