If you're traveling as a family and are looking for a clean, affordable, and comfortable place to stay for the night, Casa de Rosario is definitely it. We always look at the bathroom first, and this one didn't disappoint us. Plus, the staff offers excellent customer service and that typical Filipino hospitality and warmth.

This is where I always stay when I don't get to reserve rooms in other inns or hotels that are near to the places I need to go in Davao. The staffs are always friendly like they tend to familiarize everyone that checks in. Commendable service. Neat shower rooms with clean and complete amenities. It is also situated near G-Mall and just a walk away from the popular Roxas Night Market. The only problem is the lack of an alternative power source during electricity outages. All in all, the place is a comfortable haven after a long day travel. Worth the price.

We stayed there for 2 nights and we were surprised because for just 20 USD per night (estimate), the bed was big and the room is clean. There is also a sofa couch so if you are 3 people staying, you could still be accomodated. Very friendly staff and helpful as well because we arranged for a ride from the airport and a ride to Davao Marina Wharf and they obliged without hesitations. I would suggest though that they buy a generator because there was a time that there was a blackout in the city when we stayed there. I think when you run an inn, this should be a must have but other than that, we had a pleasant stay

Very cozy, homey and reasonably priced! Good interior. Soft bed and pillows like in a five star hotel! Definitely worth the money! Great staff too! Walking distance to major shopping malls and schools. Cool rooftop for relaxation. Will definitely go back!

Good service and staff are very accommodating. This hotel make us feel we are home, the food us great home cooked style. The hotel is new, and only few rooms so it does not have many people in the lobby. Staff here always smile
