Celbyrne Pension Hauz

Called hotel, part of RedDoorz chain, to inquire about a room more than a week before I planned to be there with friends. Friends had reserved 6 rooms and since one of the group cancelled their trip I would have had their room. Upon arrival all hotel had reserved was 5 rooms instead of 6 so I had to get on line to reserve the other room. Quoted a price almost double of what everyone else was paying. Of course my room was on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Got to the room and it was a mess. No phone so I had to walk back down stairs to tell them room needed to be cleaned up. Later went to room and basically nothing was done except the bed was made, no towels, toilet paper looked like someone pissed on the roll, dirt on wall in bath room, dirty bathroom floor and water on floor. One outlet on wall for charger. Sign at front desk says if you do not get a cyber receipt your stay is free - no receipt and you can not get in touch with RedDoorz.com I have posted some pics of the bed that sank in the middle. Went out that evening and asked to have the room made up the next morning. When I returned that night nothing was done. WIFI only works in the lobby. I was asked how I wanted my eggs for breakfast and after eating they gave me a bill for something I thought was included in reservation. Others complained about dogs next door barking all night and roosters crowing near my room. I will never stay there ever and the group I was with all said the same thing. What a dump.
