From the minute you enter and are greeted with a warm smile you know that the beautifully decorated foyer is an example of the whole package. We got to meet the owners and could tell they loved the place based on the design concept, numerous pieces of art, security and the high quality staff they hired. Every staff member was outstanding. So helpful, knowledgeable and EAGER to assist or help. They could easily become trainers. Our room was a real delight with a porch giving us a view of the road and the college across the street. Always clean, they simply could not do enough to ensure our comfort. The Dormitel has a constant stream of Pedicabs so it is easy to get to anything you want in the city a few minutes away. We will definitely go back because they have taken great pride in the facility and its friendly and efficient staff.

Wonderful hotel, the decoration is really nice, the staffs are very polite and the room is really good: big, clean, comfortable and with a lovely smell.
Wouldn’t say a very central hotel, but dumaguete is so small that it doesn’t make difference. Would definitely recommend. Not breakfast include though.
