Very kind and accommodating staff. They respond fast on all your needs and assist you the best they can. Their facilities are also clean specially the pools. It is a go-to-place to swim, have fun and relax specially if you have kids...

I would appreciate it more if we were allowed to go to the beach with my 5 year old son. However I understand the resort protocol to ensure the safety of their guest. The food is okay. But for the coffee, I would prefer a more steonger brewed coffee. The place needs some repair/renovations especially the wood floorings. It is dangerous for the guest to have some floors protruding. It is very unsafe. I hope the management will consider it to be repaired as soon as possible. The crew are very nice. They entertain their guest with all their best effort. Thank you very much!

‘We had a great time during our stay, All the staff and employees are very accommodating, special thanks to John who never misses to check on me and my family Bianca and April who is very friendly and courteous , our breakfast was good , all the staff are very friendly including the life guards that is always there to accommodate my family ,from slides and all water activities. We will definitely come back for a longer stay and bigger group of people .’’

We went here while Batangas is still in GCQ. We prepared our medical certificates and travel pass just to be sure if there are any checkpoints. Staff were nice and very approachable. The chef is very kind and cooked yummy breakfast. We have the water park to ourselves. Kids had so much fun.

We decided one afternoon to go where we have not gone to before and found this beautiful hotel resort and water park. It really made a positive impact on my kids, who was one of my main considerations. They enjoyed the waterpark and felt very comfortable staying in our clean, spacious, and practical room. The other consideration was my mother. She also had an amazing experience. She liked the friendliness and the efficiency of the staff. She found the place to be really good. Thank you for the 5 star experience. Really an amazing place to relax and enjoy.
