D's Ocean View Beach Resort

This has been the worst resort I have ever been in and I'm not even picky! Just read the reply from the staff on my friend's review in booking.com. They were accusing us of being "disrespectful" for "insisting" to occupy the room before the official check-in time. Here's what I have to say as well: 1. Prior to our trip, we called and asked politely, if we can at least leave our bags on the property since we'll be arriving a bit earlier than 1pm and your staff agreed! (What you said in your reply was absolutely a lie, and we have proof that we did request for an early check-in) 2. Your staff was disrespectful. We wanted to at least change clothes, but you all offered us to change clothes at the veranda instead, and sounded like the question was too much to ask from a resort. When asked if there's a public restroom somewhere, staff answered: "What did the reception tell you?" in an annoyingly sarcastic way. And to tell you frankly, the room was not even clean when we entered it sometime at 5-6 PM when we finally were able to check-in! It was smelly, and the floor was really sticky. Did you guys really clean that poor excuse of a room?! 3. It was my birthday!!! My friends surprised me with a cake and we had to throw it away the next day, because it got spoiled. You did not lend us your utensils or just a single fork because "it was only for the paying customers who bought food", and since it was already night time, store was already closed. We even offered to wash the utensils after using them, but you guys did not agree. Will you please put that in your ad next time as well?? 4. To all the customers who are planning to stay, check the bad reviews in booking.com and read the replies from the resort. They are always blaming the guests for their lapses. It really shows how poor and disrespectful their excuses and services are.

Hôtel parfaitement situé (en face d’une plage déserte). De plus, la responsable est adorable et saura vous aider et conseiller dans votre voyage ! Je conseille fortement ce lieux pour un court séjour entre amis comme un séjour prolongé sur l’île !
