So the biggest problem with this hotel is that its on ground level and right next to the streets, Jeepneys & Bikes with fart cans will ruin your sleep, Doors use lock and key and there's no illumination at night in the common areas or front of the doors so good luck with that, bed was stiff not to my liking, window aircon instead of split = noise, this is a pretty new hotel so its fresh.

even you booking the room from agoda or hotels.com . they also sell the room to another people and tell you they didnt get the confirm mail . when i talk to agoda . agoda said they already get the mail and comfirm . bt they just sell the room to another people and talk to agoda they already full booikng . so bad they didnt care anything . even you already booking . they just sell to who can pay higher price . 真的有夠爛,我從agoda訂房也收到確認信函,可是到現場他們卻說沒收到信然後沒房間可以給,打給agoda, agoda說他們有收到確認。然後詢問酒店..酒店說已經滿了沒辦法說他們忘了留房間.超級爛

It’s a quiet place with cute pool and lobby. Clean but tiny room, we were 4 so the room got a little bit crowded for us. I think the room I booked was different from the one they gave us. Breakfast was wonderful served across their partner hotel.

We booked for a QUEEN ROOM. Gave us a DOUBLE STANDARD ROOM instead without us knowing. Story. I booked paid online. So when we checked in the receptionist in around 8pm. She told me that my booking has yet to reflect on their system. So I showed her my online receipt she wrote down the booking id. At the lobby there was this 3 korean guys deciding if they will get the room they checked out. Then the girl told me they might "upgrade" us. Then she asked us to wait & sit. I told my wife that they might upgrade us, might be the room we booked is not available? So the receptionist asked for ID & 1k deposit then she gave us the key. We got our bags & stuff from our car (street parking only) so when we entered our room? So freaking SUPRISED IT WAS SO SMALL!! So I got my phone went to the booking site check what room I booked? So I thought i booked a wrong room. No table & chair. Bed is not a QUEEN. room is so SMALL. Checked the CR.. So it seems I did booked the QUEEN ROOM. I asked my wife to check it again gave my phone. She told me the room is totally different. I am to tired & hungry to get angry. So I went back to the lobby & spoke with the receptionist, she told & insisted that is the room I booked. So i showed her what I booked. She just remained silent (seems out of words) & starting to sweat. I was not shouting. I still tried to be nice. Told her even the bed is not queen size. She insisted its a queen. Told her we are used to all size of beds. If I have not noticed and complained they will get away with it.offered a replacement room at the other hotel. Room location is just next and very near abc hotel you can hear the party sounds that is so loud so we declined the offer and we are so tired from travel and we need a to sleep. I asked for a manager but none during that time so next day early 8am I asked again. Receptionist told me she will inform her manager & will get back to me but never did. Manager never bothered to speak with us. So i just opted to check out a day earlier & demanded a refund. That is the time she told me they will transfer us to a bigger room. But I am already dismayed & upset bec my wife's back hurt due to the bed its only foam. She has scoliosis & i have lumbar cervical problems. That is why we are particular with the size and type of bed. We are both tall & medium built. So a double bed will not work. The entrance of the bathroom is just an inch wide from my shoulders. The pictures & definition from their ads & the room I booked and paid online is all FAKE. They cheated us. See the pictures as a proof. I asked for a compensation because they gave us a room that is much cheaper from the one we paid. But NO they did not give any. MANAGER OR PROPERTY MANAGER NEEDS TO TRAIN HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMER. DO NOT BOOK ON THIS HOTEL IF YOU WILL NOT BE ASSURED THAT THEY WILL GIVE THE ROOM U BOOKED. This hotel will try to get away with cheating people if they can. We are not stupid. update ur ads. Us travellers put our trust on this booking website and apps. Bec of course we are not able to see the real deal. All we are asking that be honest what you are posting. The descriptions and pictures. Do not make FALSE ADVERTISMENT. Is it because we already paid online that this properties can do anything to us travellers. Some property owners are really shrewd. Its up to the online booking platform to do something about it. Why not hire an occular officer per area that they will roam around that area for occular inspection? That officer will check the property. Take actual pictures of the rooms, area, building etc. They will have all room types and they will take pictures. Then they will upload it online. Almost all of the property pictures are not updated some pics are decade old. We as travellers are paying what we are seeing. There is no transparency when it comes to online bookings. I hate it because we work hard for our money. We just want something that is decent enough that our money can pay. Then when we arrived? We will not get what we expected and hope for.

I say that I went cheap because I did. Now cheap doesn't mean all that bad. We had to kind of laugh. I would say that the room was the size of a cell. The bathroom was really small. There was maybe 4 inches from the front of the toilet to the wall. You needed to step into the shower to close the bathroom door. Now the only reason that we wanted to try and changed rooms, was because of the hard bed. (all of the beds are hard lol) Big Note. Use the key to lock the door! Would i stay again?? Sure..... just in a bigger room! The location is good. A trike is a clap away. In walking distance to most places if you want too. Jeepneys close by. Staff and security are great, helpful and very easy to work with.
