This hotel selling points would be it’s good location which is within waking distance to the Mall of Asia and the spacious room. However, getting to your the hotel rooms after you have checked in is a challenge. I need to take the escalator to the 2nd floor and then have to find the correct elevator to my room. Room is clean and bed and pillows are comfortable. Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I enjoyed my stay. Will be back again if I’m on business trip. Another thing which I find it strange is that the nearby shops are all in Chinese and it gave me the impression that I was in China. The neighbourhood is very China Chinese. There is even a huge panda bear in front of the hotel. Hahahaha.

Stayed here a few times before in the past. Like this hotel because of the room size that is spacious compared to other hotels and it is walking distance to MOA. The dining buffet is good. You have different choices to choose from. The swimming pool is small for kids. I'm very disappointed with the fitness center. Last year when I was here in August the treadmill was broken. This time when I was there it was still broken! Management should have this thing fixed in a days time not a years time.

I stayed almost 3 weeks in this Hotel, the first & second week of my stay was unforgettable thanks to Theo, Karen, Glenn, JL, JR, Jun, Aris, Jerome, Albert, they were very accomodating but all of a sudden my last few days became a nightmare when I had to deal with the FOM Jay & this lady name Ellen If I am not mistaken she is the AGT, I asked If I can extend my stay since the airline cancelled my flight and as per them its the management decision that I cant stay any longer, for what reason? I dont fu**ing know! Sorry to say that but I am very frustrated! That means they will let the guest to sleep on the street, no hotels are accepting any new walk in customer due to the outbreak of the covid-19 & I am already an existing guest in this hotel actually a long stay in guest since March 4. It came to a point that I had to begged them since I have nowhere to stay but they just kept saying "sorry mam sorry mam". HORRIBLE! Can someone from the higher management answer this! Bcos I dont understand why the hell I have to risk my self to travel just bcos Jay & Ellen refused & insist that I cannot extend my stay. Where is your concern to your guest in this critical situation? because of what they did to me, i was forced to find a flight back to Sweden while the world is in the middle of this fast spreading deadly virus, the countries where i have my connecting flights had that very alarming case of covid-19, it's Singapore & Thailand. OMG...i cannot even imagine how they can treat a long staying guest that way. Genuine feedback was shared for improving their services & hence they could improve for their business, but they were totally inflexible & were not receptive for the feedback. No hospitality Institution should be so rigid, firm and unreceptive to the genuine feedback. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I cried on my last day too scared to travel but the FOM & AGT left me with no choice. DOT should know about this!

Location is good if you want to shop in Mall Of Asia. Walking distance. Booking in was really fast but the lady doing was very clinical and just felt like a number. Didn't tell us where the room was so was wondering around looking for ages. There is elevators all over the hotel but you cant use them they are for staff only. The only two you can use is on opposite sides of the hotel. Very strange layout which becomes tedious. The room is a good size, comfortable bed, tv and bathing facilities were ok too. The pool is sandwiched between 4 residential tower blocks overlooking the pool. Pool water is clean but the floor is filthy and they are doing building work around the pool too. Over I was disappointed and will not come back to this hotel. Some you win some you lose.

Location: The hotel is near Mall of Asia. Reception is on the 1st floor. You need to go to the second floor and transfer elevator going to your room. Hotel guests however are required to use the elevator at the far end. The nearer elevator are for condo residents only. You have to walk past restaurants and rooms to get to it. Reception: Staff are accommodating. It took us about 10 minutes to check in. Room: (Deluxe Room) The size is just right. It has two double beds. Beds and pillows are soft and comfortable. Room cleanliness though is a downfall. The floor is dusty. Actually, cleanliness is an issue as even the hallway is dusty. The bathroom is average. It has its basic amenities. Amenities: The pools are located in the 7th floor. My kids enjoyed swimming. The pool is a bit crowded since it is a bit small. They do not provide pool towels. Food: Our reservation comes with a free breakfast. There are limited choices but with the price we paid, I think it is value for money. At check out, I requested for assistance but no bell boy came.
