An incidental deposit equivalent to Php 2,000.00 Nett/room/night shall be collected upon check-in and is refundable upon checkout if unused. Cash and major Credit cards are accepted as settlements for incidental deposits.

• Child Policy
Children aged 11 years old and below can stay and share the existing bed with their parents free of charge. However, please note that the maximum number of children allowed to stay for free is 1, and any additional charges will depend on the room type booked.
Additional breakfast charges for child/ren 5 years old and below receives complimentary breakfast, while child/ren from 6 to 11 years old will be charged Php 250.00 nett per child. (please note that rates are subject to change without prior notice)

• Extra Person PolicyA mandatory additional fee will be applied for the 3rd person aged 12 and above on top of your room charges. • Airport Transfer Service
Airport transfer service is available upon request on a chargeable basis.
Please be informed that advance booking is highly encouraged due to the limited vehicle availability.

• Smoking Areas
Please be informed that our rooms, ballrooms, hotel facilities, and other public areas are non-smoking.
However, we have a designated smoking area smoking area located on the 5th floor. For assistance, please feel free to contact our Reception.Parking is available at the Lucky Chinatown Mall parking, note that parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicable charges will be applied to your personal account and should be settled directly with the mall.
