The security was too focused on asking if you already have a room and wouldnt allow you to reach the front desk first. Only 1 dilapidated elevator was working. The hallway was poorly lit and smelled like old wood. The room was ill kept. Stains on bedsheets and sofa sets like an old sweaty guy stayed there overnight. Disgusting. No complimentary water. Tv was too small and far away from the beds. It too was worn out. No water heater. Bathroom ceiling is full of stains. Trash cans had no linings. Employees were complaining of poor management and were sharing thoughts of quitting their jobs to guests. No hotel supervisor / manager present during daytime. No housekeeping present during night time. Pool was tiny. Far cry from pictures advertised. Pool area had a bar area that was falling apart and even the shower room was not functional. Wifi was zilch. This hotel should be condemned. You're better off with clean motels in the area. Not your money's worth. Attached pics of stains on ceilings, walls, and bedsheets.

The hotel facilities are not maintained only one elevator works, there was no internet connection when we were there because it was down,some of the light fixtures in our room does not work, the sheets are dirty and has stains on it, and my son slipped on an oil spill in the basement parking good thing my son didn't hit his head on the floor.

The worst hotel ever i booked in Agoda. Staff is inconsiderate inefficient, and rude. No wifi/ internet. Shower heater wasn’t working. No complimentary drinks available when i came in the room, I had to ask for it. No slippers for guest. And They dont inform before hand the charges They Charge 1000 per extra person per room and another 1000 for liquor corkage. There’s no manager/supervisor to attend our needs and to address our concern Doesn’t feel a guest at all. Room doesn’t even have coffee and toiletries for godsake!! Avoid the stress and hassle DO NOT EVER BOOK HERE!

we've just checkin last April 29-May1 (2nights/3days) > Room was nice and big but old enough for the price > ang rude ng staff lalo na ung lalaki nakasalamin..they dont even know how to treat guest what more to greet the guess > NO Complementary slippers,and additional pillow and matress when we requested since we pay additional for our companion > some lights are not working properly > WIFI CONNECTIONS are sucks > 1stday we went outside.we requested to makeup our rooms..pagdating nmin di na gumagana un kettle.. we had to wait almost an hours para lng palitan (magiinit tlga ulo mo dhil lge sinasabi wala avail.) for real?! anu un sa dami ng bakante room wala kau extra kettle just in case my di magwork.. tsk.. **theres alot more na badcomment to say pero di ko na maisa isa..overall all i can say is..MAGSARA NA KAYO!!the hotel was not enough the price..

Very good view of the city from all of its rooms. Clean with kitchen utensils, bath tub and air-conditioning on all rooms. Complete utility for bathing and sleeping. Comfy queen sized beds and nice living room with LCD TV and cable connection.
