I have stayed at "La Plage de Boracay" from 11 to 14 June 2017 (4 guests). "La Plage ..." is presented separately but is at the same address as Zen Room (Balabog); they are the same thing. There are obvious falsehoods regarding the services provided (minibar and restaurant: there are breakfast tables). We booked through Booking.com: confirmation number 1955722366, PIN code 2821, Fiorenza, Italy. The following review is pending review by Booking.com: We were 4 guests with 2 rooms. At the entrance of the building there are 2 insignia: "The Plage de Boracay" and "Zen Rooms", but on the door of the rooms is the sign "Zen Rooms". Of the 2 rooms assigned, the first one was immediately refused for the presence of ants at the sink level (we disinfected ourselves with an insecticide purchased from us). In the second, the conditioning system was not working for the cold (fan only). In place of the ants' room was assigned (but not immediately) a second room where the shower did not work well. The beds and furniture were very neglected. A TV had a hole of 2 cm in the outer structure, poorly closed with silicone. A refrigerator was dirty and rusted in the outside structures (should it be the fridge-bar?). Very slow and lazy service (but hotelier always equipped with i-Pod). Very modest breakfast. In addition to clarifying the misunderstanding between "ZEN room" and "La plage ...", I believe that keeping such an arrangement between those reported by Booking.com is damaging to the credibility of the same Booking.com. Great value for money. An experience to forget.
