Just finished a week at the Manora, it was absolutely lovely. For anyone considering this rental, a few things you should understand:
- this is not in downtown Cebu but Talisay, so you'll need to arrange transportation to get to Cebu from this complex (we had no problems getting a cab from the Manora, which the security guard hailed for us)
- the apartments are on a private street (gated community) which is quite safe (Santa Theresa Village 3 Extension), outside the community however you do need to be somewhat cautious, but we experienced no problems
- this is essentially an apartment rental with breakfast & housecleaning included, so don't expect a 5 star resort
If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay near Cebu with friendly staff, incredible views and (an amazing) home-cooked breakfast included, this is it. The price is excellent and the property beautiful...will definitely stay here again if I return to Cebu.
