Everything is beautiful and the staff are excellent and so friendly. Beaches are clean, rooms are spacious and spotless. Great place for snorkeling. Restaurant is spacious, served good food with a fair choice of cuisines. I love the bar overlooking the sea, you can watch the sunset with bats swooping, and drink some really nice cocktails.
Our first 2 night stay was like paradise. Peaceful, restful and beautiful.
So, we spent a lot of money for a 3 night stay the next time we were in the Philippines.
Unfortunately the second stay, while the facilities and staff had not changed, was spoiled by a lot of unruly children free to run about shouting and screaming, at the beach and both pools. We couldn't get away.
Yes, I know that's what children do (left unchecked), and I know it's not really Pearl Farms fault. But this is a review and I should mention it - a romantic, tranquil stay it was not.
I found out after our stay they operate a children-go-free policy, which seems at odds to their luxury, restful resort they advertise.
Perhaps a couple of days a week 'child-free' rather than 'children-go-free' would be good for couples looking to relax in the peace.
Honestly, I loved the place, but I wouldn't risk going again just in case we got the same issue.
