nice hotel near to a bakery and walking distance to new sm mall, nice open buffet and breakfast people are kind . better get the bigger rooms upper floor .better view too.good front desk .flat TV.nice kitchen area

I stayed here for two nights. The taxi from the airport to this hotel is around 30 minutes and at P400.00 maximum. Some taxis here have broken meter so they might ask for P500.00. Anyway, the staff were nice, professional and helpful. I was brought to my hotel room by their bellhop. I was surpised to find a very huge room, with hair dryer, rice cooker, sets of cutleries, glasses, cups and plates. The room also has clothes hangers, safety deposit box. They also provided dishwashing liquid, sponge and knife. The bathroom was also big. They also provided hygiene kits. There was also an electric kettle, refrigerator and two bottles of water. The hotel is very near SM, Gmall, KCC mall and Veranza mall. You can walk for 5 minutes to SM and can get anywhere thru tricycle for P10.00 per person (P10 is what the drivers charged me and I dont know the exacr fare). I also went to the Plaza Heneral Santos and the Lady of Peace and Good Voyage Church every night for P10.00. The internet connection inside the hotel was very fast. My only issue was the breakfast. For the two nights that we stayed here, we were given a tray full of the following (2 250ml boxes of fresh milk, 2 red apples, 2 packs of La pacita toasts, 2 packs of oatmeal, 2 Smart C juice bottles, 2 small nissin instant noodles). We expected to find another tray full of goodies on the 2nd day but there weren't any. For 2,000.00 per night, I was hoping to get the complimentary brekky every day. So we had our breakfast at Leonidas bakery which is a couple of steps away. It was also a quick checkout. The staff called taxi service. I paid P500 for the taxi from the hotel to the airport.

I never expected such great accomodation for the 1800+ I paid. we were picked up by their very friendly driver for free in the airport,we arrived around 9am and we were checked in right away. The suite room in the 3rd floor was very clean the kitchen has microwave etc. Even has flat iron for ur creased OOTDs. Every-day we had new set of toiletries,vanity kit, towels tissue paper. Strong WiFi plus very close to SM, Pacmans Gymn, Gusteus (u may want their crabs),Kablon. Across is 7eleven and on the ground floor is a restau with affordable seafood eat all u can for lunch and dinner. staff nice and friendly as well.Obviously, I will definitely come back...

When I booked my 1-night reservation over the phone, I was given the promo rate of 1850. Everything went well during check-in, they billed me 1850 and I paid the full amount upfront. This was my second time to stay in their hotel. The horror came during check-out when the lady on the frontdesk (Ivy Saslang) insisted that I need to pay 712 pesos more for “room charges” since the standard rate of my room is 2562. I told her that I was given the promo rate (1850) during reservation and that was also the priced asked from me during check-in but she won't budge. She argued that it shows in their computer that my room is billed the standard rate of 2562. I was shocked! I was thinking maybe this is some sort of a scam they do to their customers to get more money. I told her that I was offered the promo rate during reservation and paid full during check in. I was so disappointed with how she handled the situation. Instead of checking first if their was miscommunication or system errors on their part, she automatically just asked me to pay more. It turned out that they didn't update their system and my room was still flagged as standard rate when in fact it was promo. But what made me wonder was, instead of just correcting the problem on their part (since it obviously was just a case of them not updating their records), they passed the blame on the customer and attempted to make me pay more. The whole process of check-out took close to 30 minutes since she keeps on insisting that I pay more. It was only after she called someone over the phone (I'm assuming a supervisor) and told her the actual situation that made her stop bugging me. It was so embarrassing on my part. I go to Gensan every month for work and I'm never going to stay in their hotel anymore.

The place is perfect yet affordable. The rooms are intended for couples but if you are alone, you can still reserve one. It's very spacious; the interior design was amazing; and rooms were also equipped with necessary items and supplies. It is also accessible since it is located at the heart of the city. Surrounded with well-known malls, you will never find a hard time looking for leisure and fun time.
