We stayed 3 days and we never felt more free and safe to enjoy the hotel amenities, food and the place itself! The effects of the pandemic in terms of staffing and guests are felt but there is no effect on the service. The little details from contactless check-in, QR coded menus and the sweets they place at your door every night, were well thought of. We were treated as VVIP's all the way until check out. For anyone who wants to get away from the city and breath fresh air, this is the place to be!

Had the chance to live a normal life again. Divine and Steff are super accommodating and friendly. Cool personalized goody bags for night snacks (was given to our group :-) During our arrival, Mr. Brett welcomed us and assisted us during our stay :)

Seda Hotels mean great fooood and great service. Despite Covid, all staff are very accommodating. Will recommend to friends and family/relatives. Our training, held in their function room was worthwhile and very comfortable with prepared dinner on the side. Thank you.

Seda Lio is a total package. We had our stay during the COVID-19 pandemic (January 04-10, 2021). Everyone at Seda was so genuinely friendly. If you need to ask for something, you could ask any of the staff and surely they would give you the right information. Seda is a value for money! Great location, good food and drinks, amazing beachfront view, great pool, amenities are up to great extent. You can go around the Lio Tourism Estate for more options for food and drinks. They also have a Mercury Drug nearby - just about a 5-min walk or less. You could capture stunning sunset! You could also have a tour arranged by Seda team with their partnered tour agency, Bellitta Tours. We definitely recommend going to Big Lagoon and Shimizu Island (Where we saw 3 monitors! I was really scared but they don't do anything unless you provoke them. They just showed themselves to us because they smelled the food we were eating.) Shimizu Island is a great spot for snorkeling. Lots of corals and fish species. Overall, we difinitely recommend you stay with Seda. It's really a total package and a great value for money! We would definitely love to have Seda host again our next El Nido travel for a longer time.

The place did its best to accommodate us and to cater to our needs despite the very low occupancy owing to the pandemic. Food was an issue however. They had a very limited menu and the dining options along the estate were mostly closed.
