When i entered the room, i noticed minibar ref was unplugged, open and empty. No hand towel set up. But the room is clean. Tv is not user friendy. Housekeeping staff assigned in my floor(5th) was accommodating and friendly. I would like to commend the ladies and gentlemen in front who always keeps smiling and they always greet the guest. They know what their job is.
Definitely i will be back.

Positives: Very courteous, helpful, and efficient staff. Excellent house keeping. Good breakfast. Good location. Burger King just across the road and Jay Jay's is next door. Victoria Towers, a small mall, is a 5 minutes walk, where Mang Inasal cafe is located. Highly recommended for cheap and good Filipino food.
The not so good: Had a very difficult time as wifi was very poor, erratic and undependable. Also, there was not a single drawer or a closet in the entire room. Had to literally live out of my suitcase for the one week I stayed there. Poor drainage of water in the bathroom too.

Nice and accessible location, good sized room, good breakfast buffet selection, friendly and efficient staff. Fast checkout and check-in process. It was an overall pleasing experience in staying in this hotel.

This hotel is a good thing for a work-related/business type hotel. I really enjoyed the stay, however the food was so creamy which I personally did not like, but their desserts were on fire it was good.

Stayed in Sequoia for a 4-day, 3-nights workshop. The hotel looks small but is a good business hotel. Accessible, complete amenities, and good customer service. Highly recommended for small-medium size (and budget) functions.
