My stay there was quite eventful. The staffing went above and beyond what is expected, the whole time i was there. I lost my phone in a grab car and the staff jump right in and took control to try to get my phone back, the ladies at the front desk and office staff when totally out of there way to make me feel comfortable and safe. Heck even one of the staff actually showed me around the area and the sights. Thank you Hestor for going out of your way to show me around.

This is a great place to stay when you are in Quiapo. The rooms are larger than the other hotels close by and for about the same price. I stayed here before the pandemic too. As Quezon Blvd is quite noisy, the outside noise is not noticeable in the rooms. You will not be disappointed staying here !!

I have stayed here before and the service is the same or better than before the pandemic. The only negative is there is no breakfast available like there was before the pandemic. But there are plenty of food places outside nearby.

The staff was outstanding and friendly. The room was clean and the size and layout of the room allowed us to move freely without feeling cramped. I would definitely stay here again....this hotel gives more of the basic comforts and for less costs than more expensive places I stayed.

The best stay with sun star very accessible to shop at divi... no need to ride a high taxi fare just a pedicab worth 20 pesos you can reach the shopping malls with a very very low price and the quality also good to compare.. i plan to comeback again at sun star soon on next vacation.. totally great stay✔👍👍👍

Отличный отель, чисто и комфортно. Останавливались на одну ночь, отдохнуть перед следующим перелетом и купить несколько ниток жемчуга на рыночке неподалеку. Полезная информация для тех кто тоже будет покупать жемчуг: как выходите из отеля поворачиваете направо и идете по улице до большой церкви справа, прямо через церковь проходите насквозь, там рынок, можно просто спросить охрану, они помогут найти место где продают жемчуг. Я покупал нитки 40 см от 160 до 200 песо за нить.

Schönes Hotel, das im krassen Kontrast zu der Gegend steht, in der es sich befindet. Das Personal ist super nett. Taxi am beten von denen bestellen lassen dann kostet es maximal 50 % von dem was man sonst bezahlt.
