This is the 2nd time i check in this hotel. Sad to note that some very basics are not given any attention by the hotel staff and thus management: busted lamp light; no hot water; dirty linens; bed sheet only covered 3/4s of the bed; inadequate lighting in toilet; mosquitos in the room. My last stay here when in the city. So sorry.

I was supposed to stay for 6 nights but I ended up leaving the next day and transferring to another hotel. Check in was smooth then I got to my room. The air conditioner was very noisy. I actually went out of my room, closed he door and walked a few meters from my door and I could still hear the noise. That’s how loud it was. So I went to the front desk and asked to be transferred to another room (I came from a 6-hour drive and a meeting so I was really tired) and the front office staff told me that they can’t transfer me to any other room because the next room available is higher rate than my current room. Thy didn’t offer any other solution. I went back to my room and TRIED but the AC was really loud so I went back to the front desk and the guy that helped me with my luggage earlier (who is also the room attendant) was there also and offered another room (which earlier was supposedly not available) but when I entered the new room, I could tell that they didn’t clean it. So I went back to the old room and I said to just suck it up. But after a few minutes, I knew this wouldn’t work so I packed my stuff and went back to the front desk and they just looked at me and said “oh you’re leaving. Ok.” (In Tagalog) and the guy just continued reading the magazine he was holding and the front office staff continued doing what she was doing. So I said excuse me, I’m not leaving. I’m transferring to the other room. Then the rooms attendant sprung into action. They asked me to wait in the lobby while they prepare the room. This was when I realized that the lobby wasn’t clean. I decided to remain standing cause I could see the chairs were dusty, even the throw pillows, and my face started to itch (I’m very allergic). After about 10 or 15mins they brought me to the other room and this is what i daw throughout my stay: A used cuetip on the bathroom floor beside the toilet. Dirty walls in the room and the bathroom Broken arm of the arm chair Rug wasn’t vacuumed The air conditioner again was noisy but bearable this time Generally, it didn’t feel clean at all. When I woke up the next day, I had breakfast. The complimentary breakfast is room service (which you choose during check in or you go down to their restaurant). We experienced power loss 2x and then I took a bath, packed up and checked out. That’s when I met the sales/reservations manager. She apologized profusely and said that she thought every thing was good because if there was a problem, the staff would contact her right away, and they didn’t. I was so happy I check out right away cause I was itching really bad already. They have free coffee, 2 bottles of water, 2 bars of soap, 2 dental kits, 2 room slippers with in-room safe available in the room.

A nice hotel in the city though needs to improve in-house service especially the add on breakfast. The idea of food selection for breakfast upon check in did not serve its purpose for quick service. Staff needs more orientation that coffee should be served hot and not warm. Likewise not available dish on the previous selection should be advised to guest ahead to properly to address service concerns.

You won't notice the hotel right away when driving along Magsaysay Avenue. The lobby located on the second floor, is simply but elegantly decorated with comfortable seats. The rooms are just the right size witha comfy bed, cable televison, and wifi. They have a coffee shop and restaurants with a wide range of selection. Staff are courteous and assists with a smile.

I booked a double deluxe room for 4 pax and a standard queen for my husband and I on December 26. The FDO, Rosemarie, was courteous and accommodating as we checked-in. I made modifications with my reservation (additional person and late checkout) and she was very helpful, making me use my father's senior I'd so I could get discount. Complimentary breakfast included. The deluxe room was spacious enough. 2 queen size bed and a sofa matched the need of 5pax. Air-con working properly. Kettle, cups, bottled water, coffee, cream, and sugar present on the table. I asked for extra blanket and they obliged with no extra charge. My husband loved our room. Bathroom in 306 is spacious. It also has a window so that nasty smell from the bathroom will circulate. Wifi connection is strong. The hotel is located in Magsaysay Ave. Walking distance to the Peñafrancia Cathedral. McDonald's lies in front of the hotel. Coffee shops, food establishments, and even a grocery store come accessible by foot. We actually have a family home at Molave St. but 'twas packed due to my cousin's wedding. Checking in at The ADC Hotel intensifies my love for Naga City.
