Majority of the reviews for B Hotel Alabang were great, so I was disappointed with my experience. But let's start with the good stuff: 1. Check-in and check-out: This was quick, probably helped by the fact that there was just another couple aside from myself during check-in, and no one else during check-out. 2. Room size and overall feel: Spacious, even for two people. Room also photographs well. I was given a room with a floor-to-ceiling window, with a good view of the sunset. (See the photos in this review.) 3. Staff service: Mostly good. Driver who picked me up at the airport (I availed of the hotel's airport transfer service) was courteous and helpful. Hotel staff helped me with my luggage and was courteous about it. Reception / Front-Desk staff were mostly polite and responsive. Now, the stuff I was disappointed with: 1. Room Sanitation: I was quite upset with the hotel policy of NOT collecting trash from guest rooms on a daily basis. I booked a stay of 6 nights and was advised that for guests staying in the hotel for quarantine purposes, trash will not be collected until guest checks out for the safety of hotel staff. Now, this is fine if a guest stays only for 1 or 2 nights. But I booked a stay for 6 nights, and can imagine that some guests might book for longer than that. Fortunately, I have received my COVID-19 RT PCR test result within 24 hours, and was able to send my negative test result to the hotel during my stay, which enabled me to request that trash be picked up from my room (not the inside of my room, but left outside the door of my room - which is fine). I understand that the hotel simply wants to protect its staff by ensuring minimum contact with quarantining guests - but imagine what this means for guests staying for longer than 2 nights. The guest would see the mounting trash inside the room (yes, trash bags are provided, but guests are people too and they eat - which amounts to accumulated trash inside the room) which the hotel does not collect daily. Since this hotel is listed as a government-accredited quarantine facility, their staff should have sufficient PPE for collecting trash from guest rooms - as non-collection of trash results in other sanitation issues. In my case, there were several fruit flies crawling and hovering around the room (around me!) which disgusted me constantly as I had to kill them (see photo attached in this review for one that I killed). 2. Water Quality: On the first morning of my stay, I noticed that the water coming out from the faucet was murky. I thought this was probably because the room has not been used in a while, so I let the water run and it eventually became acceptably clear. On the second morning of my stay, the water was brown and continued to be so for about an hour or so. I reported this to front desk, and I was responded to with a tone that seemed to me like it was not the first time the staff has heard of this problem before. I was given a canned apology and was told that the engineering team would look into it. I did not receive any follow-up call from staff to check if the water was already okay, but thought they probably looked into it as the water became quite clear for me to be comfortable using it for bathing. Water issue did not occur again for the rest of my stay. 3. Air-Conditioning: Thermostat did not seem to work, as the room did not cool even after setting it to the lowest temperature available (10 degrees Celsius, set to High Cool). I inquired about this from the staff, who kindly offered to transfer me to another room with a smaller window. I appreciate the offer for room transfer, but did not take it. I would have rated this hotel "Poor" if not for the work-arounds / solutions that I have been offered and provided. But it is still a great disappointment for me, and I will NOT opt to stay again in this hotel in the future.

My niece's family was returning to Manila from Los Angeles and decided to book their "quarantine stay" with B Hotel. I got a response right away and they even gave the family a king size bed with additional cot. Very reasonable price that included 3 meals a day! Will definitely do a staycation with them as soon as the pandemic is over!

My children decided to get a room for two nights at The BHotel Alabang after their long flight from Chicago Illinois. Ms. Glennis Dionisio assisted me in making the room reservation with full-board meals seamlessly. My children Buddy and Maimai Tendero had a relaxing stay at room 612 on September 2020. They enjoyed the food served especially the Sweet and Sour Pork. Service staff are accomodating and very polite. We will stay at The BHotel again next time. Kudos to all associates of The BHotel Alabang! God bless.

I make a reservation in B-hotel first week on July in prep for my arrival last July 21. Everything was arranged and i even booked a car pick-up service in T3. Upon my arrival, OWWA insisted that I can’t take my own accommodation. Last minute i have to call the driver and hotel to do my cancelation. They are very nice to understand my situation and i got my refund after 6wks. Thank you B-Hotel for understanding OFW uncertain situations. I hope to stay in your place after this pandemic.

BHotel Alabang made it easier to travel and book a place to stay in during this pandemic. They implemented extra precautions and services. And we love the food. Everything on the menu the best!!! Best room too!!! Thank you again Ms Glennis Narciso for being so accommodating and for the warm welcome.
