Our first time to visit boracay as couple ! aside from the beauty of the place, we also appreciate our choosen home away from home. cozy and spacious with so much love and care from butler and staff, even its back office employee who truly care for thier guest i personally recommend Ms. Nikki Parado for giving us extraoridinary service, from arrival to departure! thumbs up for this hotel and its people. plus the instagramble ambiance of this property will give you no option to leave, but ofcourse appriciate the beach which will take 2mins frm this hotel. what can you ask for? take time to appreciate some photos that can help you love this place ! also try thier paluto and set of foods 😂 so much for this hotel to appreciate! 👍👍👍

I have mixed emotions about this place. The grounds are lovely, nice pool, tropical feel to the place. The staff are amazing and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Genuinely could not fault the people from reception, security, restaurant and cleaning - they were all lovely. On the down side the rooms are shabby (but clean), the water pressure is poor, I was eaten alive by mosquitoes inside the room and the wifi was dreadful. When I mentioned the wifi to the manager he was dismissive and defensive. The location is neither a pro or a con, you are in a very quiet area but some people may not like the distance to the action. For a cheaper price I can understand shabby rooms and poor wifi but this place charged as much as far fancier places, so the value just isn't there.

Let me tell you --- I never leave reviews because I'm just lazy. But this place was so amazing that some unknown force entered my body, lit up my fingertips like lightning, and now I am writing this review. So trust me~you should read this and then immediately book your stay at this little slice of heaven. It honestly is, well, super honest; a place you can trust. When traveling abroad, that's one of the most important things you want from your hotel: knowing you're in good hands...and then comes the relaxation, luxury, and fun. Solo traveling can be scary. Seeing how this was my second trip traveling alone, ever, I was at first apprehensive. But from the beginning, everything was already feeling at ease. Once booked, the hotel sent me an email giving me the option to have them arrange the travel to-and-from the airport. That involved mobile transport to the Port, and then a Jetty boat across the water to Boracay Island, and then finally mobile transport to the hotel which was a good ways away. Then reverse that for the return journey. I was happy to have been prompted with this option because remember my first line? I'm lazy. So the price was right and I obliged! Great----transport to tropical paradise hotel---check. Once there, I was greeted by a very friendly staff. I felt immediately relieved that they had taken precautions with sanitizer gel right at check-in. Oh, and they gave me a wonderful glass of tropi-fruity-citrus-something. Very mangoe-y. Very yummy. Hospitality is number one in the Philippines and I was pleased to see it continue. Bags were taken to my room and then --- let the relaxation begin! The Suite: As I said, I solo-traveled and was astonished at the price of the suite. Super reasonable. It had a bedroom with a separate living space via a lockable door. And then the from the living room, lockable sliding glass doors to your own private patio. Wet kitchen and mini-fridge in the living space along with plenty of seating and a little discreet flat screen. The bedroom has a super comfy king-sized bed and almost too much storage closet space with its own vanity mirror desk. The bathroom was an exposed center sink with two little rooms flanking its left and right. To the left a toilet, with bidet option, and a locked door! I REALLY like bathroom spaces like this. To the right was a rain-head shower in a stone room with a window, floor to ceiling. It feels like you're showing outside but that window looks out to nothing but the building encasing it. No peeping toms. The Extras: Breakfast was included everyday and it was so cute and most importantly delicious. Did I mention I was traveling solo? Yes, of course. But did I mention this suite was set-up for two? What does that mean exactly. It means I got two breakfasts everyday....yeah. And the fresh fruits. I was greeted every morning at breakfast with a plate of mangos, banana (not like the U.S. ones) and yellow watermelon slices. Heaven. I ate this whilst listening to soft jazz and watching the sun dance off the pool. Surrounded by palm trees, water, and foliage that ensures you know you're on vacation. The Service: Wow. I mean just WOW. The manager was so helpful in getting me what I needed. From calling trikes to take me into the bustling town area or getting me the best masseuse deal ever. Sidebar: You can have a masseuse come to your room and give you a full body massage for around $12 USD. Please tip...I mean...the price is so good. Also, a tip, play your own spa music or it gets a little too quiet. The staff at the hotel was all exceptional. On my very last day I said my goodbyes to the staff and to paradise. As a transport van was taking me on my way, we drove down dirt roads and around bends. We couldn't have been more than 10 minutes away from the hotel when we hear someone knocking on the window of the van as we were stopped for traffic. One of the staff members chased us down on his bicycle....to return a pair of earrings that I left on my vanity table. SERVICE. Beyond the Call of Duty.

Lovely hotel and room came with a complimentary upgrade which was nice. Room was a deluxe suite with separate lounge kitchen. Very tall rain fall shower and separate loo. Very large comfy bed and room was always kept clean. Wifi was good in all locations. Two separate air conditioners as well and good movies. Breakfast was exceptional by the pool and tranquil music in the back ground. Nothing was too much to ask for. The hotel is not far from the beach which was nice and quite. A few shops nearby for bits and bobs. All in all I would recommend to all and would happily stay here again.
