My husband and I stayed here for four nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself is wonderful: comfortable and modern rooms, spotlessly clean. Wonderful staff and service. The infinity pool overlooking the bay was fabulous, and we enjoyed the gym with scenic water views as well. We also walked into town a few times, but it was kind of a long walk. My main constructive criticisms are less about the hotel itself (which was lovely) and more about associated aspects: 1) it would have been nice to be a little bit closer to the main town and not have to take a tuktuk if you didn't feel like walking 20 minutes on a not-so-nice street; and 2) pricing for excursions and extras was a little bit high. We found it much cheaper to organize boat trips outside of the hotel, either by going down to the waterfront and negotiating directly, or by booking online with another company. We did three separate boat trips (one organized through the hotel, one private boat tour we negotiated at the waterfront, and one organized through a separate company that we booked through the internet -- all were great, but the pricing for the hotel tour was much more expensive and I'm not sure we got any added value for the extra price). And the food in the restaurant was generally good, but also pretty pricey, especially for the area. So I would say this is a great place to stay if you don't mind doing most of your meals and activities through the hotel (and paying a premium for it), but if you prefer to get out and explore more on your own, the location is a bit less convenient for that, though it's still very doable.

I spent a week at the Two Seasons Bayside with my girlfriend and it was amazing. The hotel and rooms are immaculate and beautiful. Our room had deck access which was very nice. The views from the deck are beautiful and it was a quiet place to relax in the early mornings and the evenings. The beds are great. extremely comfortable. The complimentary buffet breakfast was great. It provided a varied choices and they changed the menu each day.We had a few other meals at the restaurant and the food and service was always great. All of the staff in the hotel were great. They were friendly and eager to help in any situation. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next stay.

We stayed four nights at this hotel , a few days before the coronavirus outbreak got too serious . We were quite disapointed with the swiming pool area !! Very small , no shadows , few sunbeds . Breakfast quite poor . Restaurant good for lunch and dinner . The biggest problem we had were the boat trips recomended and booked by the hotel . We had problems with the 2 tours , we payed exclusive for just my husband and me , but the boats were in poor condition , the guide was in a hurry on the first one , so we spend only 6 hours instead of 8 as announced . On the second excursion the boat was in such bad condition that we requested another one , the guide again lazy abandoned us in the twin lagoon with the kayak ,we got stressed because they were very far from the place the other boats stopped , far away to reach the lagoon . We payed quite a lot of money for the room and excursions , and were not happy with it . I would not recommend the hotel !

stayed beginning march before covid 19 really kicked off , from airport pick up staff wre very friandly helpful and informative. on check in to walk through lobby and see the view was amazing. we had 4th floor bay view and yes the view was just stunning ,room large, comfortable and spacious. had no trouble ever getting transport on trycicles out side they were so much fun, brekky was ok but food from main menu was amazing both variety and taste, not many sunloungers around pool but not that much demand either, happy 4 hours was great with the happy friendly staff.

I stayed in a room with 2 queen beds for 3 nights. Totally happy with the room and the hotel. The room was big and comfortable, so was the bathroom. The hotel feels new and is modern. Photos represent 100% reality. View from the room was the bay across the hotel, direction west (=sunsets). View to the right, is not the best (lots of boats) and view to the left is bad (construction side and then the port). The hotel is 35’ from airport. You need a taxi to get there. We booked a transfer from the hotel for 950 pesos; great choice. The airconditioned van was waiting for us. The hotel is 3’ walk from the port, so if you arrive by ferry from El Nido or you will depart by ferry to El Nido (this is what we did), its location is perfect. Breakfast was great. The only thing I missed whilst staying in the Philippines (not just on this hotel) was yogurt. We booked all boat trips via the hotel for the simple reason that we did not have enough cash and through the hotel we could put it on the bill and pay by card. We paid 300-400 pesos more per person but we did not have an option as the exchange houses were either closed or did not have enough cash. They arranged pick up from the hotel though which was very convenient. Nobody takes credit cards on the Philippines, so make sure you take enough cash with you. If you have to change locally, go early in the morning as they run out by the evening. Boat trips in the Philippines are cheap compared to others parts of the world (€30-€35 per person including lunch), but if you plan to have many (highly recommended) you better take cash with you. Staff was very helpful and polite.
