All guestrooms at this property are non-smoking. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.

All guests are required to present a full vaccination certificate or RT-PCR/Antigen result (taken 48hours prior) upon check-in.
Property request that you check travel restrictions and relevant travel advisories before booking and travelling.
Should you need to add one more person on top of the standard occupancy (two 2 persons per room for Studio and One Bedroom, four 4 persons for Two Bedroom), an extra person/ bed charge of Php 900 (excluding meals) per person per night shall be collected upon check-in. Extra beds are subject to availability.
The property requires a refundable security deposit of PHP 4,000 upon check-in.

Based on the latest IATF Omnibus Guidelines, only the following guests are allowed to stay at our hotel during Community Quarantine, Alert Level 1 & 2:
1. Distressed Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) — refers to any OFW eligible to avail of accommodation assistance from the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) pursuant to relevant OWWA guidelines and issuances;
2. Repatriated OFWs — OFWs who are bound to return to their home country, the Philippines;
3. Other Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF) — Refers to Filipino citizens who are returning to the Philippines from abroad (OFWs, returning students, J1 visa holders, diplomats, tourists, participants of government programs, dependents, and accompanying foreign spouses of the foregoing);
4. Guests traveling from within the Philippines, requiring personal quarantine;
5. International arriving passengers requiring mandatory quarantine;
6. Returning residents and other APORs (Authorized Persons Outside of Residence) who require accommodation pursuant to their official function or duty;
7. Business guests and participants in essential meetings & social events;
8. Staycation and leisure guests.
