We went during weekend only for a night, the next day already at home we realize our daughter had lost her best friend toy.
After contact with front desk the baby sleep toy was found at the room, the personal at the hotel was very kind to post her best friend to our home address.
We do recommend for staying.
All services and personal were great.

The facilities are stylish and pleasant. The staff is exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful. Totally recommended for families.
Only the pillows were dodgy - for my taste at least.
Wonderful breakfast and great choices for dinner.
The hotel unit appears to have very efficiently adapted to the covid contingency.
The view - oh man. the view - is absolutely stunning and never ceases to amaze. Nearby lagoon and beach are good fun.
We'll definitely be returning.

We had booked for 2 nights. We left after one night.
For 35 euros more we are staying in a local 5 star.
It's difficult to find positive things to say.
Yes, the view is very good when one looks beyond the caravan and car park.
Thw 2 buckets in the middle of the restaurant floor for the leaks is fairly indicative of the state of repair.
Breakfast. I'm sorry - I need a cup of decent coffee, not Nescafe. The croissants were good - let's be fair. But the eggs tasted of a not very nice oil.
This is the kind of place I stay in when I drive north to catch the ferry with my 2 dogs. Then it would be fine. But not for a weekend - for the same price one can stay in a nice little Airbnb.

One of my favourite places to stay specially off season when not too crowded either the beach or the hotel itself. Nice and helpful staff, very good breakfast. The view from the hotel is uniquen and amazing.

Great views in a nice area, but everyone but us appear to be in their mid 70s and up. Poor design in hallways as you must lift your bags up several sets of 2 or 3 stairs after getting off the elevator. Good one night stop if going between Fatima and Lisbon. Avoid the food. Go to restaurant and bottom of hill.
