I stayed in the guesthouse with my children (4,12 years) for 2 nights in july. It is really simple. The corridor and reception are new, the rooms clean but everything old and not really nice. For a couple of nights its okay. There is a room to eat and watch TV. There is a kitchen with 2 fridges, a stove and dishes.
The woman at the reception was friendly.
It is really only 5 minutes to walk to the metro (green line) which brings you to the city centre in 10 minutes. The other metro (10 minutes to walk) brings you to the airport (from 6.30 in the morning). There are shops in the neighborhood. So for that price its really okay.
Only thing that I really didnt like, was that the key, that opens the door of the guesthouse (which is a big flat in an old apartmenthouse), was dificult to use. They could change this, because its not nice to have to try to open the door for a long while... (not knowing if it will be possible at least...)
There is W-LAN which was okay in our room, but didnt work in the diningroom.
