Travel during covid-19 is certainly a different experience, many things we take for granted are not there. No self-service buffet, no lounges, diversity of offers is reduced, and many other things to inconvenience us.
I felt disappointed at check-in with such reduced service, but reality is that the few staff on location have been going above and beyond to make us feel at ease dispute the situation.
I can only thank a thousand times for the commitment of the staff to the welfare of the guests.
