We stayed four nights because we had meetings at walking distance. This was a wrong decision as this hotel is below average. This is a very traditional hotel but in need of renovation. Beds are small for two and not at all up to standard in terms of comfort. the heating cannot be switched off, and even with the window open, it is too warm to sleep. Service is very friendly. We had dinner on our first night, with late arrival, and extremely disappointed by the quality of the food. Breakfast is not acceptable for a 4* hotel. The heating /airco makes noise which makes it difficult to sleep. The hotel is also on the route for planes. Forget opening the window or you will not sleep or wake up with the first plane leaving at 6 am. I stayed in the past in the Novotel in Lisbon, similar price and also four star, but miles better in terms of comfort and food / breakfast. There are much better options in Lisbon.
