We stayed here for 2 nights. We were welcomed into the hotel by very friendly and informative staff. Our room was cozy, modern with an original decoration based on wool and wool fabrics (the hotel's name and theme). I wish the room had a separation from the entrance to the actual bed space, but it kind of makes it more spacious. The windows weren't large but we felt comfortable in the room, with very good mattress and linen, a couch, a chair and a desk, a welcoming bottle of water, and plenty of electric outlets to charge your electronic gadgets. The mini-fridge only had water bottles, but you could order room service for anything else.
I wish the bathroom had towel heaters, but otherwise it was modern, beautiful and comfortable.
Free wi-fi with excellent quality all over the hotel (even in the spa).
The spa was great, with a large indoor pool and plenty of space around and lots of stretchers, a very good sauna and steam bath. Steam bath could have a better scent.
The breakfast was great, with fresh fruit, bacon and eggs, all kinds of natural juices, freshly backed bread, real bread for toast, cheeses, ham, breakfast cereal and a pancake machine.
The restaurant and bar service was fantastic, with very original dishes, very friendly staff and attention to detail.
All in all, we would like to come back to enjoy the hotel while visiting the surroundings.
