We stayed at this hotel in September 2019. The hotel is a true 3* hotel so don't expect anything more. Having said that, the staff were very polite and helpful, the rooms served their purpose and were comfortable. Based on the other reviews, the elevator never worked for them but it was working just fine when we stayed there. The breakfast in the morning is as you would expect...eggs, breads, some fruit, coffee machine, juices. Was an ok breakfast to start your day. They do have a room for the physically challenged which was quite large. We stayed in this room the first night as the room we got when we checked in only had one bed and it was me and my dad. While I love my dad, I wasn't about to share a bed with him :-)
The best part about this hotel was it's location. It was close to everything and it was amazing to just sit on the balcony and watch the world pass below us. It got very busy and noisy at night time as that's when all the people come out for dinner and drinks. The air conditioning worked fine as well. As for a room with a balcony on the street side so that you can sit on the balcony and have a beer and watch people. Parking was an issue as they only have a few spots in front of the hotel. If you don't get a spot there, you will have to drive around the narrow streets to find another spot. There are some parking lots about a 5-10 minute walk away.
If I was to visit Lagos again (which I really want to), I would stay here again.
