O quarto individual é um pouco pequeno, mas comfortável a um bom preço. Cozinha muito bem equipada e espaçosa. A casa de banho muito limpa mas faltava um cortinado.

Nice accommodation in quiet road of Ponta Delgada near city centre. Clean and spacious room, perfectly equipped kitchen, two shared bathrooms maximum for five guests in all house. You will feel right at home in this accomodation.

Esta bem localizado... Uns 10 min do aeroporto de carro e uns 10 min da cidade a pé Podemos andar pela cidade a pé e conhecer os principais pontos na cidade. E para conhecer a famosa 7 cidades fomos de autocarro que têm o seu ponto principal a uns 7 min a pé.

No geral foi tudo muito bom, A localização é excelente, a rua um pouco apertada mas comum naquela zona, o quarto e as áreas comum sempre muito limpa, a cama era bem confortável, apenas a Ducha esfriava muito rápido, não dava pra 1 pessoa tomar banho seguida de outra.

Quarto confortável, zona sossegada mesmo estando perto do aeroporto, porém, o chão ser de madeira torna-se incómodo pois cada passo é ouvido e por vezes quando se chega mais tarde pode incomodar outros hóspedes, porém, no geral, foi uma estadia agradável.

Et helt Ok sted og ta inn. Det er bare og ignorere flystøy, den er over hele byen. Når en lufter kontinuerlig dempes en type lukt som minner om fukt og råte. Stedet ligger 5 euro fra sentrum med taxi, eller en fin gåtur. Det er supert med butikken på hjørnet. Stedet virker nylig oppgradert på kjøkkenet og badene fungerer. Det er lytt i bygningen, men det opplevdes ikke ubehagelig.

Localização é muito boa, perto do centro da cidade. O quarto é espaçoso. Tivemos apenas um problema com o chuveiro, que não esquentava. A proprietária nos ajudou com uma solução.

If you don't mind the very loud noise from airplanes right above your head every 20-30 minutes, mold in the room and a few cockroaches here and there, this is a quite cheap and very ok option for a short stay. Nice little kitchen and bathroom in a cosy building. For the price the room was ok and we've might have been unlucky with our room but it did smell alot of mold in there. Otherwise the place seemed quite clean.

A lot of people were stuffed into the small house, but what really made it crowded were the dozens of cockroaches that seemed to follow us around. The cupboard had a resident roach which waved at us with its antenna every time we reached in to grab a plate. We were fooled by the ad, the pic of the room we chose had a large spacious bed and when we arrived our room was literally a pull out bed that took up all the space available, we couldnt even open our bags comfortably. You have to hold the shower heads to take a shower because there is no hook to hang it from and the owner is either cheap or awful or both. Every interaction I had w her was rude or curt and once when I asked her about the lack of toilet paper or paper towels she simply responded "they are not included". None of this was made clear at the time of reservation. Also, there is a woman who comes by and "cleans." Twice she threatened to throw my food out of the fridge for some reason. I felt like she was a bully. I would never stay here again and would stop considering this place now if I were you. Oh, also the WIFI sucks!
