The location was the only good point about this hotel. Besides that, the people at the reception was not so nice. The reception is open only few hours (which is something we could understand because of Covid) but, when we asked at the reception what to do in case of an emergency or if the key would not work, she said, we should wait until the next day when someone would open the front desk. The bathroom doesn't have privacy, since the walls and doors are in glass. Additionally, the toilet seat was so close to break down, we were afraid to use it. The shower had black mold on the floor. We asked if someone could look to solve the problem with the toilet seat but it wasn't possible, instead she offered minibar free of charge but they never filled it up again. The breakfast was a box of milk, a not fresh bread and an old banana that, when I asked at the reception to change for some fresh ones, she said "you can still eat this banana" which was not so appropriate answer. The coffee machine was so dirty, the water in it had animals, I asked it to be cleaned but it never happened. During the 5 days I stayed there, only once the room was cleaned, the other days they only made the bed.
