Property is in a beautiful location. There are lots of kids facilities (we were travelling with a toddler) and the food in the various restaurants were delicious. There are however clear areas for improvement in the service. Breakfast could do with more staff and attention to needs as we had to make the same requests every morning. There were delays when requesting iron etc and house keeping came to draw the curtain close to 10pm on two nights when we were already in bed with our toddler! This should have been done way earlier. The resort generally seemed a bit under staffed, but overall a pleasant stay.

We had a great stay here. Hotel resort is lovely. Lush gardens with loads of pools, private beach and our family room was ideal. Separate room for kids and a roof top terrace overlooking the gardens with the med in the back ground. Great pick up from airport in really nice merc mini bus. Lots of restaurants, not all of them open to children under 6, which we hadn’t realised until after arriving. That said, for our week stay we still had plenty of variety of where to eat. Where the hotel falls down big time is the customer service. We visited shortly after the resort reopened to UK tourists. At first it was fairly quiet which was lovely. Over the course of the week it got busier and the it looked like the hotel staff were really struggling to cope. After a particularly poor breakfast where we were abandoned, I had to fetch our own high chair, We waited 20 mins for cutlery. Our hot drinks took even longer and were cold when they finally came. The food we ordered never arrived and it was clear from observing the waiting staff, they were in chaos. We shared our experience with the hotel customer service director who was attentive and listened. The next day it was back to normal. At this point I assumed it was just a teething problem following reopening from covid restrictions. But as our week went on we just had one sloppy experience after another at every venue we visited. All the waiting staff were friendly and helpful but on every occasion we were left either waiting for drinks, waiting to order, sent the wrong meals, waiting for to order desserts that we never got. We have children with us so we obviously don’t want to be up too late but our last meal in the poshest restaurant took 2 hrs to get bread and a main course. We abandoned the idea of more drinks and dessert, paid the €200 bill and left disappointed, again. The beach club was no better. Lovely set up on a nice beach. We arrived and took the last empty sofa bed. We were told someone had already taken it. (My wife was told they were first come first served so couldn’t be reserved) We relocated to the less comfortable lounge area and then watched the sofa bed we’d originally taken remain empty for the rest of the day? We’re had to ask for towels, drinks and meals. I appreciate it doesn’t sound like a hardship but at every touch point you feel like you have to work for everything you want at this place, which when you are paying top $ isn’t good enough. When the food did come, it was excellent. Room service twice forgot to do our room. The turn down service in the evenings, when it happened, was good, but on several occasions left chocolates for us, but not for the kids, so you give them yours so they not disappointed. Each thing individually isn’t that bad but when they all add up, and are experienced everyday it did make for a disappointing element of what should have otherwise been an amazing hotel stay. I’d tried to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking it might be a reopening hangover but when sloppy service is everywhere you are left concluding that it’s endemic in the organisation. Such a shame as otherwise it would have been 5/5.

Villa Vita Parc is an incredible place to stay - not only is the resort absolutely beautiful but the staff are spectacularly trained and passionately attentive. I could not have been happier! The array of restaurants are excellent and Ocean deserves three Michelin stars! The staff really make this place - they are just fantastic and made our stay incredibly relaxing and most enjoyable! I cannot wait to return! Room 501 has a great view of the grounds too!

Naming the hotel a parc is very appropriate there are numerous buildings housing the rooms and the many restaurants around very large beautifully landscaped grounds. There are 12 different places to eat as part of the hotel from a 2 rosette michelin restaurant to informal bars. We only stayed 8 nights and ate in a different restaurant every night! There are ample sunbathing beds spread throughout the grounds but the beach is quite small with restricted number of beds and (we stayed in May) the beach bar wasn't open. Also there was a strong breeze on several days and when the sea was slightly rough it brought in a lot of red seaweed to the water on the beach, as it was was May the sea water was mind bendingly cold not very inviting, however the infinity swimming pool was lovely. Rooms are large and comfortable and the maid service excellent only a couple of issues the mini bar wasn't replenished we had to contact reception to get this done and we like a bath, the 'bathroom' was very large 2 hand basins and bidet but no bath only a shower! Would recommend rooms in 'The Residence' block these are apparently adults only but are nearer the sea and the main restaurants. For restaurants would recommend the Japanese, The Ocean (michelin starred prices to match) and The Atlantic, Aladin was slightly disappointing. A minor complaint is the waiters were slow to bring the wine list when dining be careful to ask for it as soon as you sit down otherwise you risk not getting your wine before the food arrives.

Vila Vita Parc has an excellent location and amazing facilities. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Amazing sea view from Infinity pool, but there are few other excellent pools. The Ocean restaurant matches the superb sea view with fine gastronomy and attractive decor.
