A very lovely place. Their is nothing which is left. The Island is completely ecological. Everything is made with love. We were on the island for our time of quarantine on the Seychelles. On the island this was well organized. We had enough space for distance, the temperature was daily taken and everything was desinfected after use. So we could enjoy the whole island with very delicious and exclusive meals and a perfect service. After an very exhausting year 2020 we really felt like in holidays. You could go swimming, diving, snorkeling, stand up paddeling, fishing, playing tennis...... And on top there were nice turtles which are raised there. But all the time we felt completely safe

This place is truly paradise. Every little detail felt warm, natural and enables you to truly relax. My boyfriend and I visited in November 2020, so we almost felt like we had the island to ourselves! Denis Island itself is stunning, and the way it is kept by the staff is impeccable. The food is absolutely delicious, and consistently of a fine-dining quality parallel to many Michelin recommended restaurants worldwide. We enjoyed many fine (and extremely reasonably priced, especially when you consider you're on a private, remote, luxury island resort) wines, and dining in the wine cellar was a special extra treat. Our excursions were the highlight of our whole Seychelles holiday - the big game fishing was exhilarating!! Having the freedom to roam the whole island, including the impressive farm, tortoise enclosure (worth the mosquito bites to meet Toby!), and inner jungle on our bicycles was a really lovely touch, too. Many luxe resorts can feel constructed, but Denis retains a totally honest and liberal feel. What makes Denis best-in-class is definitely the staff. Service is attentive but utterly unobtrusive, and staff in all roles are friendly, professional and genuinely seem to care for the island and their work. This is a rare quality, and one that shines through here. Whether you're looking for a romantic couples break or a family adventure, I wouldn't hesitate to visit. Thank you so much to the Denis team - we will be back!!

Eco friendly stay. Serving organic food from their own farm. One of the best stay I had in the country. Bad thing is the beach erosion, due to climate change, not possible to stop anywhere in Seychelles.

My Denis island experience didn't start very well, as due to the bad weather, our flight has been delayed by 3 hours, reducing the duration of my stay. Despite my frustration, when we arrived on the island, almost everything was forgotten... We were welcomed on the landing strip, driven to the lounge where a basil and strawberry ice tea has been offered to us, before to be guided to our respective rooms. As I hadn't eaten since breakfast due to the flight delay, I've asked for a small snack... I was expecting a small fruit platter, or similar, but instead, I've been treated by a late lunch platter with an excellent seafood salad and chicken dish... To make the most of my very short stay (1 night only), I ran around the island and had a exquisite bath in my private open garden bathroom... It was then time for the dinner... A 4 course menu... every dishes were nicely plated and excellent, all this with the sound of live music... The next day, I arrived early at the breakfast. I was first and everything was ready. It was a fully garnished buffet with much choice of fresh ingredients. I ate a little as I was on my way to snorkel, but they let me take some additional items to eat afterwards... Then, I've been provided some snorkelling equipment and driven by cart to the diving spot. I swam with a turtle !!! I had to check out at 10am but they arranged a vacant cottage so that I can take a shower before to go... All the staff were polite and very professional. I've been blown away by the level of communication among them, because they knew everything before I mentioned it... My only regret is to have stayed only one night, but considering the price of the night, this is only what I could afford. If you can afford it, stay a minimum of 2 nights.

First time to the Seychelles and absolutely the most tranquil and relaxing, unspoilt place to stay. All the staff from the gardener, farm-hand to managers were both very friendly and polite with just right approach, so we cannot make any special mentions. My wife is gluten and lactose intolerant and despite only giving the island 2 weeks notice, they fell over backwards in ensuring we had almond milk (special and difficult to obtain) and at each meal there was not only careful labelling on the lunchtime buffet but there was always a good dinner choice for her. The lunch and evening dining food was always delicious and a first class experience. The head chef (from South Africa and sorry forgotten his name) produced some excellent dishes and seamlessly provided for my wife. Much of the food is very fresh and grown/raised on the island's farm. Accomodation in the separate spacious villas was good with a refreshingly different outside, open bathroom. Each very private and open garden onto the beach. Despite expectations we hardly experienced any mosquitos problems. The new swimming pool is marvellous and often we were the only ones in. We spent 10 idyllic days there and look forward to returning sometime in the future, although we would probably split with another resort in the Seychelles just to experience more of the Seychelles.
