This place serves its purpose. The food served is fast, the gym is also very good and the sandwiches are also delicious.

The location, atmosphere, and service are all excellent. The apartment is wellfurnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. A fantastic halfmonth stay at alocassia.

Nice and well located 3 minutes from stevens mrt, with some restaurants and a small supermarket in the same building. The area is quiet except for bukit timah road in front. Ask for if you dont face it. Staff are friendly and always responsive to my questions.

I was here to visit a McDonalds. It reminds me of the former serene center, where there was also mcdonalds as well.

I didnt get a chance to look at the inside, but the exterior of the condominium building looks very old school and interesting. It seems like ancient times in singapore!.

This place is a great service apartment, ideal for extended family stays. It comes with complete kitchen equipment and household furniture, as well as utensils and appliances. There is also tv and ironing available.

I missed the japanese restaurant here. It is now the only McDonalds drive thru along bukit timah road. If the line gets long, you cant queue. There is also cold storage here too. Who lives above my goodness? Interesting development.

After spending five years living there, my wife and two young children spent our final weeks in singapore staying here. The apartment is in an excellent position - on top of several stores, a minutes walk under cover to the mrt, and buses accessible everywhere. Although i think the apartments themselves are dated, they are more than adequate. Kelvin, the property manager, is the true difference. A charming man who was very helpful before, during, or after our stay there. I want to express my gratitude to kelvin and the entire team at alisa.

The management is really friendly. The rooms are very spacious and reasonably priced. Cleaning happens every Monday through Friday. Above a cold storage facility, gym and mcdonalds. Room smells musty. It is so difficult for grabfood and grabcar to find the lobby as the apartment isnt properly tagged on application maps. They will either go to the other side of the building, the highway in front of it, or you have to go and wait by subway which can take some time just waiting around. Management should just tag Robin Lane (the side road) in application map and all of this is resolved.

Unfortunately, we had to change our plans, so we made a lastminute move to singapore. The apartment was excellent. It has plenty of space to move around, is conveniently located near the mrt station, and offers tasty food options throughout the building. I encountered friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay, which may seem odd when entering and exiting chinese restaurants.
