individual before entering and leaving the hostel as per the COVID 19 (Temporary
Measures) (Control Order) Regulations 2020.

signs of fever (with a temperature of 38 degrees) or relevant symptoms upon check in

mandatory Health De cla ration Form s upon arri val. Ki nd ly de clare to the front desk if you have been issued with a 14 day Quarantine Order (QO) or Stay Home Notice (SHN) SHN).

A valid govern ment issued identity card or pass port is also required at check in.
Bookings made by Singaporeans are not allowed unless: (a) they are staying until the end of the circuit breaker period, (b) are healthcare professionals, or (c) are individuals without
homes and have been issued a Letter of Support by MSF and/or its Social Services
Agencies to book a hotel.

All new bookings from dormitories (i.e. Purpose Built Dormitories, Factory Converted
Dormitories, Construction Temporary Quarters and Temporary Occupation License quarters) require MOM approval
 All guests have to wear a mask when entering the property (hotel) from outside and
within the premise s of the hotel. Masks have to be wo rn properly (covering nose and

 Guests should remain in their own rooms as much as possible, and must keep a
