It was like love on first sight when I was browsing around for my hotel stay and a small family lunch for my wedding day. After checking out many places, I went ahead with Warehouse Hotel and Po restaurant. When I checked out the hotel, my only thought was, so glad that I picked this place! Specially thanks to Elaine and Gina from Po restaurant for helping me to plan the wedding lunch though it was a headache due to the capacity limit during this pandemic. Thanks for the many suggestions and prompt updates from the planning stage to the actual day. The ambience at The Den was like perfect for a small luncheon and the food was really good! Many praises for the Konbu Mee and the spring chicken! And the portion is so big that we can’t finish everything. And you can’t believe what I like the most about the drinks, it’s the tea that they served in the restaurant. The smell of the tea made the whole room scented with sandalwood and it just made the whole ambience even more comfortable! Hotel service is top notch, just want to mention Tarun, Nadia and also Zoey. Their service is so professional yet friendly. Free drinks token were given in exchange of any alcoholic/non alcoholic drinks and they could even send up to your room. Although the room lightings were abit dark for my bridal make up, they were so willing to send more lamps to my room. Otherwise the room lightings are of very good ambient if you are just doing staycation. There is also bathtub in the bathroom and all the bathroom fittings were all of top notch brand. The only comments I have is the water from the bathroom often flow towards the basin area and it made the whole place wet. Hence, was asking for room cleaning at night and though the housekeeping is only until 7pm, they still help to do whatever they could to keep our room clean. Overall, just want to say a big thank you to everyone in Warehouse Hotel for making my wedding such a wonderful one!

The service at the hotel was commendable. Special props to Nadia and the rest of the team (I apologise for not remembering all of their names) for being so attentive and accommodating. Aside from the service, the interior of the hotel is amazing as well. However, the shower could be better designed. Overall, a relatively great stay!

Do not expect to use your points or free upgrades here. This is only an affiliate hotel where you can earn not spend. There is one free drink for platinum members but that's it. You've been warned. The hotel itself is okay. Trying to be a boutique hotel and charging exorbitant prices but not living up to the hype unfortunately. The lobby bar is there for you to be seen with the it crowd.....Cocktails are decent.

Booked a single-night reservation using my annual free night certificate. Upon checking in, I immediately felt an unwelcoming vibe from the condescending tone and the emotionless reply of the receptionist. No benefit or whatsoever for platinum elite members and no upgrade even if I wanted to pay as I was told, all rooms were fully booked (but the official website still shows rooms available and allows you to make a reservation). I asked to speak to the hotel manager, Jayden Choo, and again received a somewhat condescending response of ‘you are not entitled for any upgrade’. The final resolution was to move my reservation to another day and come back later. I left the hotel feeling both upset and frustrated. That night, I received an follow up email and was informed that the price for upgrade to a River Loft is 200++ whereas the price difference listed on the official website is only 120++. Well, it turns out the only ‘benefit’ you get at this hotel as elite members is over-payment. Haha.

I had a staycation at the The Warehouse Hotel and was put up in the Warehouse Loft for the night. The check in experience was pleasant and the vibe of the establishment was chic and stylish. My booking came with cocktails on the house and loved the detail where they gave tokens that can be exchanged for their in-house cocktails at any time during the stay. Cocktails can also be brought up to your room should you wish to request for it. The room was spacious and loved the high ceiling and spacious bathroom as well. It also came with a huge and comfortable bed (pillows were a tad soft but that's just a personal opinion) and amenities were from Ashley & Co. Although I didn't have any issues streaming YouTube on my phone, it was quite disappointing that the Wi-Fi speed was measured at around 9-10Mbps (on fast.com) despite multiple tries. Also, the smart TVs that they had in the rooms didn't really do much since you can't really use the YouTube app in the TV. That's a shame as compared to other establishments as I was really looking forward to casting some movies/shows onto the larger television screen. The saving grace was the B&O A2 speakers that came with the rooms that allowed me to play music from my handphone instead. Coffee and tea were on the house, with tea provided by the hotel's partner - A.Muse Projects, which was a very nice touch. One can also find a list of other partners that the hotel has on their website. I went for the 'High Tea' for my cocktail and I have to say that it was a great choice to go with. It's my second time (previous time was 2 years back) having a cocktail from the hotel's bar and both experiences with their drinks were great. No major complaints there. Do note that the physical menu is not available inside the room and one will have to go to the hotel's website to see what drinks are available. Same applies for in-room dining options as well. My biggest gripe was with the overall service attitude of the staff. I see in a previous comment here on Tripadvisor back in April that someone else experienced a condescending attitude from the staff of the hotel and I unfortunately had the same experience as well from several members of the team. Excluding the check in, I had the same experience this with multiple staff during my stay there. No smiles, curt replies, very interrogative attitude when bumped into at the lobby, and just all-round unhappy faces. I had a friend shared that that during her staycation a few months back, she had a great time and did not have any attitude issues with the team, which was completely different from my own experience this time round in May'21. I do sincerely hope that this will just be a temporary issue. The team forms the heart and soul of the hotel and similarly, would also make or break the staycation experience of guests there, whether it's a long or a short stay. Loved the property, loved the concept, and really enjoyed the amenities that came with the establishment - but I really hope for a cheerier, happier, and more accommodative team at the hotel sometime soon, especially when the price point of doing a staycation here is on the pricier end of the spectrum in general.
