Room is dingy, old furniture, extremely old finishes. Bathroom is dreadful - looks like something out of a remote holiday cabin.
Bed is tiny - I really thought the industry standard is a Queen bed? Looks like they spent a lot of money on the entrance area but nothing on the rooms.
In my 2 day stay, my room door broke. I got stuck outside my room for an hour. There was no plan in place for this. I was moved to another room.
The dining area is an absolute circus. No one knows what's going on. There's food on the floor. No cutlery.
Honestly, ticks me off that this Hotel group can dare to charge what they do for this service. You will get 100 times better at Protea Hotels by Marriott.
