My room was dirty, old and scratched floor tiles, stained sheets, stained sink, unclean shower floor. I slept on top of the cover and was scared to even bath but had no choice. The place is untidy. The Dinner served is a disaster. I had to buy dinner and breakfast (even though this was paid for by my company) somewhere because there was no way I could eat in that place and will never go back there.

The service was horrendous. Check in was confirmed at 2pm. Upon arrival at 4pm our rooms were not ready. Staff made excuse of them being fully booked the night before. Once we had checked into our rooms we wanted to shower but there was no towels provided as they all still needed to be laundered. The rooms are not well maintained at all for the rate they are charging. Shower head is broken and water pressure is very low. Breakfast service was terrible as there was only one lady doing everything(cooking, serving and clearing up after guests). Breakfast took longer than it should’ve. When you complain all the staff can respond is that they are working alone so we must just be patient. All in all I would not recommend this place especially for the rate they charge. If you are desperate then you will seriously need to lower your expectations. It was a very disappointing experience.

酒店属于比较小规模的那种旅馆，店员服务还是不错的，英文蛮好，而且给的交通tips都蛮靠谱的。房间觉得有点阴暗，隔音也不是太好，舒适度只能说是一般了，浴室淋浴水压也比较小。
