The reservation clerk was very accommodating and friendly at a difficult time of the year to ask for a date change. The service throughout from arrival until departure was excellent, friendly and nothing was too much for the dining room and bar staff. The Karoo views from the outdoor dining area of this one time hunting lodge are spectacular and we will certainly visit Lemoenfontein when we next pass through Beaufort West 7th January 2021

My husband and I had a one night stop over on our trip back to Joburg from Cape Town. As always the place was immaculate. We were warmly greeted by Joshua and Brilliant who graciously saw to all our needs. The setting against the mountain with a view of the wide open Karoo is really beautiful. It was nice to relax at the pool after our journey. We had a delicious three course dinner on the stoep in a picturesque setting as the sun set and the lights of Beaufort West twinkled in the distance. Kobus, the owner must be commended on his fine establishment and warm hosting skills. We slept in an enormous comfortable bed and had a full English breakfast before setting off. This place is an absolute must if you're looking for a stop over in the Karoo!

What a wonderful experience to stay over at Lemoenfontein Guest farm. Everything was without fault... from the friendly lady who answered the phone when booking to the butlers looking after guests during their stay. Roomy and tastefully furnished rooms (with the quietest aircon on the market!) and excellent food. This is a real gem which is a must visit... Highly recommended!

Attention to detail lacked Room was infested with mosquitos and we had to request spray to address. At a Extra Charge which was ridiculous as it should have been addressed before we checked in. No hot water in bath and only shower had hot water. Will not return

Good service and very friendly reception. It is an extraordinary piece of nature, exceptional view and every thing that the traveler can ask for to relax before the journey continues. The rooms are clean, spacious and provides comfort and privacy.
