I enjoyed my stay. got value for money. staff very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. spacious neat and tidy rooms. the food was fresh and tasty. excellent customer service. kitchen staff served with smile.

please sort your parking there I don't know how but we were made to move around in a rainy weather
the environment is great its world class for Umthatha but maybe you need to have parking on top of the bulding or somewhere but just do extra ordinary everything is possible

wonderful rooms with beatiful view of the mall in the neighbourhood. Security personnel inside and outsdie the premises well idenifiable. the entracne is however bit tricky and not easy to find at first visit to the hotel.

Just be yourself and love to meet people and learn new ideas from others. We are different creatures and we need to understand each other like that. I had a great time and enjoyed every days I spent there in that Hotel with the Xhosa people.

My family and I went to the Mayfair Hotel for breakfast as we had heard that their breakfasts were excellent, the reports were not wrong, the dining room was spacious, with a pleasant view, the staff were polite, efficient and friendly, which made the whole morning special.
