The receptionist ( I don't know his name) was friendly and of great help however the place is not good. We took a pricey room because the cheap ones are a BIG NO. Our room was dirty, from floor to tables and the bathroom. The plan was to extend our stay but could not, we found another hotel.

Filthy, dirty, moldy, FALS misrepresentation and advertising. No safety, all doors open trough kitchen, washing room, main gate open. First room horrible dirty and outdated. Upgraded( only by stairs) rokm doors can not lock. Tiles broken, dirty, mould in bathrooms, one channel tv. Who ever changes the channel in hotel, everyone must watch. Electricity goes on and of. WE BOOKED OURSELVES OUT AND CALLED OUR TRAVEL AGENT THAT MADE AN ARRANGEMENT FOR US @ 9 0 clock @ night. Horrible experience. Please DO NOT BOOK THERE. Will be reporting them to the Hospitality board. ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED

The place is filthy urgently needs a vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment. The furniture in the rooms are old and everything is Dirty andj old They eagerly want to take your money but as it is so downridden nobody wants to stay there. Not sure how they obtain a e star? Disgusting place!

When we arrived we were shown a room, up the stairs, up a long path, up more stairs, we eventually got to the room. Room was dirty and we were not satisfied. Bear in mind that I recently had major back surgery and cannot walk up and down the stairs. We were then shown another room up three flights of narrow stairs, dirty, I was not satisfied. They eventually put us in a 3rd room that I accepted. We then went to the reception and paid for two nights. My son was with us and was also shown his first room, Oh my Lord, I would't even put my dog in that room. Filthy, the toilet didn't flush, the shower door was broken, the aircon didn't work, the TV (old bubble TV) was broken with no remote, didn't even have a on/off button, the paint on the walls was filthy, the wall paper was flaking off the wall, GROSS. They decided to give him another room, it was slightly better but not really good at all and the aircon didn't work. Right, let's get to our room. My wife and I were expected to use one towel because that's all that was provided to us. We complained about only having one towel, they ended up bringing us one, but it was damp. After more complaints they eventually brought us a dry one. They advertise satellite TV but goodness gracious, all the channels were snowy. We ended up watching CNN the whole night and all they spoke about was the Corona Virus. We complained and they sent a guy to help, but shame this poor guy just said all the TV's are the same, I could see he didn't really know what he was doing. They also advertise free WIFI, hahaha what a joke. I tried so many times to connect and every time I connected, it kicked me off. I eventually gave up. Let's get to the shower. When you build a shower, you enclose it with a glass door but these people decided to make the glass door the bathroom door. When I went to the bathroom at about 2 the next morning, I smashed my head against the glass door, forgetting it was there. When my wife and I got up the next morning, we both said that we were itching the whole night under the bedding. The bed felt as if it was made of cement. Both our backs were sore. We requested a refund for the 2nd night. Let's see if they honour their promise.

Poor customer service, not professional especially the manager very arrogant! They refuse to do refunds on canceled bookings. What you see on the pictures and what you get upon arrival is two different pictures, very disappointing!
