The place was really good for a solo traveller like me. Transpo around the area is so accessible and there are convenience stores nearby as well. Will for sure recommend this place :)

It's a place well located. Near Subway and train station, so it is easy to move to different places in Seoul from this point. The space in the room is small but good enough to rest after a long day visiting the city.

1人部屋がとても綺麗でした！極寒の日だったので、初めて入った時から部屋が暖かいのはとてもありがたかったです。ウォーターサーバーやコーヒーマシンもあるのはありがたいです！ソウルヨク駅の12番口から5分以内で辿り着けるのも便利でした。チェックアウト後もホテルにキャリーケースを置き、少し観光してから戻ってそのままソウル駅で空港鉄道に乗ることができました。

I enjoyed my stay here. It was comfortable and clean. Being close to a busy street, you do hear some city noise but it did not disturb my experience at all. It was one of the quietest guest houses I’ve stayed in, in and around Seoul. I would definitely stay here again as it’s conveniently close to Seoul Station.

Thank you for accommodating late check-in. The location is great, close to Seoul Station. There is a 24-hour 7-Eleven nearby, and there are also quite a few restaurants. It has good cost performance and I would like to use it again.

I highly recommend this hotel. Its close to the station and the market in seoul. Maybe i arrived during the wrong season. I dont like too cold. This hotel provided a great warm. Great service from seungyeon and suhwan, very friendly guys. Im statified and will recommend this hotel.

たまたま団体客と一緒だったからだと思うが、部屋を間違えたのでしょう、彼らのスケジュールで朝早くからノックで叩き起こされ不快でした.... 今まで何回かここを利用したことはありましたが、学校のような団体客鉢合わせたのは今回が初めてだったのでちょっと残念でした。防音ではないこともあり、音もだだ漏れではありましたが、施設の方は親切で利用するには十分な施設です。

2019年３月中旬に親子で滞在しました。到着が24時過ぎでしたが、予約後直ぐにスタッフさんからメールがあり丁寧に玄関ドアの開け方や部屋キーの置き場所などを指示くださいましたので問題無く入室できました。1階の部屋でしたが床が暖かく、最高気温が11度とかの日でしたがエアコンは一度もつけませんでした。２段ベッドは空間が狭く下のベッドに座ると155cmの私で頭が上ベッドにつく感じなので男性などには狭いかもしれません。ベッド脇のスペースは2人がすれ違うのにやっとくらいの空間です。部屋内にバス・シャワーがあるので時間を気にせず使用できてよかったです。ただシャワーの温度調節や湯量はきまぐれなのでご注意ください。シャワーを使用する時は、トイレットペーパーもタオルも部屋に避難させないと濡れます。フェイスタオル・ドライヤー・ボディーソープ・シャンプー・リンスの備えがあります。ベッドリネンは清潔でした。朝食は１階のキッチンにあるパン・シリアル・コーヒー、キッチン冷蔵庫内の卵やミルクは使用可で自炊です。夜中でもお湯など使えます。スタッフは日によって違いますが、みなさんフレンドリーで優しくて、ほんとに良いスタッフさんたちでした！宿泊者ともおしゃべりできたりしてとても楽しかったです！帰りも始発でしたが、ルームキーを受付カウンターの箱に返却するだけで済みました。大通りから１本入った筋沿いなので夜の人通りは少なめですが、小さなコンビニも近くにあるし、昼間の移動の拠点としても問題ありません。また絶対に利用したいと思うゲストハウスでした〜。

Very close to Seoul Station, I recommend it for people who need to get to the station quickly, don’t mind a little “cozy & “rough” space, and are on a budget. My visit was in cold January, but the room, shower, and staff were very warm!

It was so close to seoul station. Great location to go to many famous spots. Room was okay. Staff was so kind. Felt welcomed :) There is convenient store 30 seconds away by walk. Offered simple breakfast. Value for money!

I stayed here for one week in May/June. The hotel was excellent and very well located (Seoul Station was two minutes away from where you could take all the most important metro lines that tourists would need). I stayed in a single room and the room was basic but extremely clean; I had an air-con unit, my own bathroom, cable TV with some English language channels and a fridge. I was more than impressed with the facilities and the comfort of the bed. There is a 7-11 a few steps away along with a bibimbap restaurant right on the street which was very handy. I would definitely stay here again as all of the staff were so helpful and friendly!

ソウル駅の12番出口からすこし坂を上ったところにあります。部屋も水回りもキレイでした！床暖房であたかかったです。部屋につくまでが階段なので重いスーツケースの場合は少々大変です。1階の半分が手すりが無かったので、スーツケースを持って下るのが怖かったです。それ以外はお値段も安いし最高でした。

ソウル駅12番出口から公園の坂道を行ったらすぐゲストハウスが分かります。ただ周りの道路にはゴミが結構あって残念です。すぐ近くにコンビニがあります。部屋は狭いですが娘と２人での利用には特に問題なかったです。年末年始での宿泊でしたが部屋はオンドルでとても暖かかったです。シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ、タオル、ドライヤーがあり助かりました。１番感動したのはスタッフの対応でした。チェックインギリギリに到着した私達にすぐ温かいお茶を入れてくれて慣れない日本語でも一生懸命説明してくれました。荷物も部屋まで運んでくれました。日本語ができるスタッフもいて色々楽しくお話できました。初めての韓国旅行でゲストハウスの利用に不安はありましたが料金も安く特に困ることもなくまた利用したいと思いました。スタッフの皆さんありがとうございました。

ゲストハウスに宿泊するのは3回目。毎回快適なステイと、スタッフの親切な対応でリピしてしまいます。室内も清潔で安全なので、高いお金を支払って泊まるよりも有意義な時間を過ごせます。お部屋は狭いけれど、それをこだわらなければ、オススメの宿泊場所です。部屋数が少ないので、あまり他の人には教えたくないくらいです。
