日本人の女性スタッフがいて丁寧に説明してくれました。部屋は大きくはありませんが清潔で、特にベッドの布団がふわふわで快適です！他野方の口コミにもありますようにソウル駅地下12番出口から左のレンガの坂を昇ってすぐのところにありアクセスは抜群に良いです。4Fに電子レンジとポットがあるので、隣りのセブンイレブンで買って温めれば朝食程度なら困らないと思います。室内は床暖房で、エアコンは冷房のみなので、上手く空調管理すれば快適に過ごせます。

スタッフがとても親切でした。部屋も快適でスーツケースも広げることができました。各種プラグも揃っていていました。少し水周りの下水の臭いがありましたが扉を閉めていたら気になりません。シャワーの温度も水圧も充分でした。二泊三日でお世話になりましたがタオルの交換わ水の補充も完璧でした。周辺もコンビニや買い物、ご飯屋やカフェもあり満足できる立地です。またぜひ利用したいと思います。

Hotel staff friendly, very convenient area to stay as short distance walk to Seoul station, the only thing lacking is the hotel don’t have lift but the staff will help us to bring our luggage to the room during check in time and bring our luggage to lobby before we check out.

チェックアウト時大雨だったのですが、傘を持って無いお客さんカップルに傘を貸し出し、スタッフの方がスーツを持って走って1番近くの屋根がある地下鉄の入口(地図に乗ってないから分かりにくい)まで走ってました。私は傘を持ってたので、一緒について来てください。と言われ大変助かりました。他にも度々とても優しさの感じられる対応で嬉しかったです。立地も便利だし、ソウル駅近くなのに夜は静かだし、とても良かったです。

ソウル駅12番出口を出て左側の坂を上るとすぐ着きます。深夜１２時頃のチェックインでたどり着けるか不安でしたがわかりました。フロントの方は親切で案内していただけ、翌日もスーツケースの預かりや、傘を貸してくれようとしたりとても親切です。部屋は狭かったですが清潔感があります。コンセントは日本の2極がそのまま使えます。シャワーカーテンがなくトイレが濡れますがそれ以外は問題ありません。駅近くなので寝るだけならまたリピートしたいと思います。

The staff was sooo nice and friendly! Also the beds were the most comfortable I've slept on in Korea! The mattress, pillows, and comforter were amazing! There is little floor space but it wasn't a problem because we were only staying for one night. A really short walk to Seoul Station.

コンビニは隣、駅まで近くてとても便利な所一人旅なので部屋の広さは気になりませんでした。ただシャワールームに換気扇がないのが気になりました。ソウルに行くときは必ず予約すると思います。ありがとうございました！
