▶ Accommodation Information
- No breakfast provided.
- All rooms are non-smoking.
- All rooms equipped with a microwave.
- All rooms equipped with a washing machine (detergent not provided).
- All rooms allow Netflix viewing (using personal ID).
- Luggage storage service available before check-in (not available after check-out).
- Cooking is not allowed in the rooms (induction cookers are not permitted).
- Room amenities: Free Wi-Fi, coffee pot, 43" flat-screen TV, refrigerator, wardrobe, heating/cooling system.
- Bathroom amenities: Hairdryer, face/body towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, toothpaste.
- Kitchen amenities: Dining space, table, dishware, cutlery set, forks, knives, wine glasses.
※ Due to the enforcement of the [Resource Recycling Act] by the government, disposable items (such as toothbrushes) will not be provided after June 1, 2024. Please purchase from a nearby convenience store if needed.
※ Studio 202 is operated as follows for your health and hygiene:
- Disinfecting and cleaning are conducted regularly, with linen changed after each stay.
- Detergents and hair straighteners are not provided.
- The studio has a duplex structure, and we will not be responsible for accidents on the stairs.
- Please separate trash for recycling upon check-out.
- Minors without an adult present are not allowed to check in or receive refunds.
- Reservations made by minors will be automatically canceled without refund.
- More than three people staying together is not allowed unless they are family (check-in/refund not allowed).


▶ Important Notes - Early check-in before 9 PM is recommended.
- Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of personal valuables in the room.
- The entire building is non-smoking. Please refrain from smoking in rooms, including e-cigarettes (violators may be forcibly evicted and incur additional cleaning fees).
- Please smoke outside the building.
- If you arrive before check-in time, you can use the free luggage storage service.
- Cooking is not permitted in the rooms (induction use is not allowed) but a microwave is provided (with dishes and cutlery).
- Guests cannot exceed maximum occupancy, including infants, and cancellations or refunds due to this reason are not permitted.
- Rooms may differ from images shown.
- Due to real-time booking characteristics, double bookings may occur, and reservations can be canceled.
- Cancellation due to change of mind may incur cancellation fees.
- Guests are liable for any damages or losses to property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Violations of basic etiquette or causing discomfort to others may result in eviction.
- Smoking and the use of fire in rooms are prohibited for fire prevention.
- Same-day reservations are non-refundable upon cancellation.
- Room rates vary by the number of guests, and verification of the number of guests is required.
- Cancellations due to minor bookings will not be refunded if check-in is refused.

• Parking Fee: 10,000 KRW for 24 hours (payment on-site) for hotel guests only

Only small/compact cars are allowed (SUVs, large vehicles, and vehicles with high ground clearance like Ray, Casper, etc. cannot park)
If entering before 10 PM, please contact the parking manager for parking guidance.

• Parking Location: Opposite the hotel (Tower-style & surface parking)
• Parking Fee: 10,000 KRW for 24 hours (payment on-site) for hotel guests only
• Special Parking Notes:
All types of vehicles can park. ※SUVs may not be able to park depending on the day's parking situation (limited number of spaces).
When entering, be sure to register at the underground 4th-floor parking registration office and follow parking instructions.
※If not registered, hourly parking fees will be charged.
