* Under South Korean law, co-ed stays involving minors are strictly prohibited. Therefore, if you are a minor guest, please visit the front desk on B2 level at check-in with all required documents.(Co-ed stays for minors are absolutely not permitted.)
Required documents for same-gender stays involving minors:
-A signed parental/guardian consent form
-A copy of the family relation certificate
-A copy of the parent/guardian’s ID

You do not have an account for the customer, so you must use your personal ID.

Please add shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hand liquid soup, bottled water, coffee, green tea, IPTV, microwave, hair dryer, electric kettle, washing machine, refrigerator, non-smoking room, air conditioner, floor heating, free Wi-Fi, no parking, kitchen, and shower room phrases.


[Elevator Peak Usage Hours]
10:00~12:00, 21:00~22:00 , Please note that during these peak hours, there may be delays in elevator usage due to high customer traffic.
