the facilities and views are so nice, but the service without kindness, the staff who do not smile, and the requests are not exactly resolved. i have waited long time for my request. it is a 'Motel' rather than a 'Hotel'. the water pressure of the room is weak and it is not soundproofed. the breakfast menu is the worst. absence of communication. given that it is a new hotel, there was no detailed information to the guest. a narrow lobby. in the hallway, smell of tobacco stinks, and smell enters the room. elevator is slow, inconvenient.
