Kamarnya bersih dan rapi, tempat tidurnya ada selimut elektrik di musim dingin, jadi tidurnya sangat nyaman! Ada komputer di atas meja di kamar, tapi sayangnya tidak bisa dinyalakan! Kamar mandinya kecil dan tidak ada pemisah basah dan kering. Lebih mirip hotel keluarga di Taiwan, kamarnya bersih dan rapi, tempat tidurnya ada selimut elektrik di musim dingin, jadi tidurnya sangat nyaman!

The location is excellent, although it can be a bit challenging to find at first. The room is small, and the bed isnt particularly comfortable. However, the friendly staff makes it a great place to stay if you just need a place to stay for a night or two in the heart of itaewon and dont want to stay in a guest house.

Harganya tinggi dan fasilitasnya sudah ketinggalan jaman. Sprei dan selimutnya juga kotor dan tidak bersih. Fasilitas toilet dan shower kurang nyaman. Tidak ada remote control untuk lampu dan lain-lain.

Lokasinya dekat dengan Stasiun Itaewon dan memiliki aksesibilitas yang baik. Mejanya ramah dan saya suka OTT seperti Netflix disediakan sebagai standar. Tempat tidur dan fasilitasnya biasa saja, tapi semuanya ada dan kecuali tidak ada air panas, secara keseluruhan saya puas.

Manajernya sangat tidak menyenangkan, kasar, sombong, sama sekali tidak ramah. Belum pernah terlihat sebelumnya di hotel. Dia tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris. Saya segera meninggalkan hotel ini karena keangkuhan dan keangkuhan mereka. Pria di resepsi ketika saya tiba baik-baik saja tetapi manajernya tidak. Saya ingin mengajukan keluhan tetapi orang yang menemani saya menyuruh saya untuk melupakannya. Saya tidak merekomendasikan hotel ini karena berbahaya bagi wisatawan. Saya akan memberikan 0 bintang untuk layanan ini.
